The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with essential amenities, featuring cozy beds, reliable air conditioning, and some even provide a pleasant garden view under the shade of flamboyant trees. The hotel staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with check-in, check-out, or travel recommendations, making the overall service smooth and reliable. Guests can enjoy decent dining options on-site with tasty dishes at reasonable prices, while the Wi-Fi connection is stable and fast enough for both work and leisure. Its location is convenient to find and offers easy access to nearby local eateries and attractions, though getting to the city center may take a bit longer. What makes Nexus House stand out is the peaceful, green environment and the sense of relaxation it brings, making it a great choice for short getaways, business trips, or simply a quiet weekend retreat, despite the fact that entertainment facilities within the property are somewhat limited and soundproofing in some rooms could be improved. Read moreIt was a decent stay at Nexus and the location was quite near the airport, which was good as I had an early morning flight to catch home on check-out day. I would say that this is my first time staying in an accommodation of such setting (cafe below and rooms on top) - it could get a little noisy in the day but I was out mostly. Room is big with a kitchenette, but I was sad that the washing machine (depicted in the room images) were no longer available! The toilet is small but manageable too~ There was a curfew that we could do around it, the counter staff will be away after 11pm, so if you were to leave the room, the gate will be locked and unlocked with a pin number. Nexus was also located in a tight alleyway, calling a Grab was a bit tough as the alley will be blocked at certain hours and getting on/off the car would partially block the traffic. Plus point will be the convenience to stores and restaurants, turning out to the left alley end will be a 7-Eleven and turn right then across the road will be a MiniStop! There are good restaurants nearby (Belgian Belago's good) and no need to worry! To access the touristy areas, you can just take Grab and it's so cheap (beware of Saigon's terrible...
Read moreI’ve stayed at Nexus House Cây Điệp several times during business trips to Saigon, and it has quickly become my go-to place. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished with wooden décor, comfortable pillows, and a quiet balcony — perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning with my homemade coffee.
One of the main reasons I keep returning is the excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, warm, and attentive, always making me feel welcome. While there is still room for development, I truly appreciate how they listen to feedback and make continuous small improvements, which shows how much they care about their guests’ experience.
The hotel is tucked away on a small road between Nguyễn Đình Chiểu and Nguyễn Văn Thủ Streets, yet it offers easy access to Districts 1, 2, 3, and Bình Thạnh. This convenient location lets me enjoy many of my favorite spots, including Tartine, Bánh Mỳ Bảy Hổ, Con Gà Mái, Là Việt, and nearby 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Ministop stores. It’s also very walkable, with easy access to the city center.
Overall, Nexus House Cây Điệp combines comfort, convenience, and a personal touch. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Saigon for...
