San May Cafe & Vegetarian Restaurant — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

The food was delicious, however, the staff, especially the security guard was too BADLY-TRAINED honestly.

I, my mom and my son (only 16m) left the restaurant in an extreme downpour noon. I asked the guard if the restaurant had an umbrella or not. He just answered shortly “broken” (he was playing games on his phone) without noticing that we were having a baby. I had to look around in the parking yard by myself if there was anything i could shelter my son from such heavy rain or not and caught a conical straw hat. I shaded my son & my mom to the car (parking abt 2m away from the restaurant). Afterwards, i had to turn back to give him the conical hat while he was still staring into his cellphone and didn’t have any action to stand up to help us. And you can guess how i was after 3 turns in the heavy rain from the restaurant to the car, the car to the restaurant to give back the hat and from the restaurant back to the car... Entirely soaked...

Besides, there was no toddler dining chairs so if any families have babies, pls consider before coming here.

I have never rated any services on google but the service of this restaurant made me extremely disappointed. If you only care abt the food, just enjoy bcs it is tasty honestly but if service is your priority,...

Went there with my dog. Usually had no problems. Once I even was invited in a forum by a person that said I'd be welcome with my dog at this restaurant. Not this time. The staffer went, "cute dog... sorry, you cannot come in with your dog!" Good vegetarian food in the city. This place has a more casual cafe vibe compared to a higher end restaurant. They played light music in the background, which is nice considering they're located across the street from a school so I imagine it can be noisy at times. Try the yogurt drinks, they're tasty!
