WeWork Lim Tower 3 — Local services in Ho Chi Minh City

The standards are similar to other WeWork locations around the globe; except that in Vietnam the air conditioning units shut down at the end of their workday (6pm) and do not turn back on until (8am).

As a foreigner paying similar price to other WeWorks around the world you would expect a 24 hour comfortable environment. Instead, you are almost forced out, unless you wish to endure Southeast Asia's heat & humidity.

A few other disappointment moments was that there are no high-ceilings; so you feel closed in. Throw in the fact there is no balcony and on a lower floor and you feel somewhat isolated and confined to any ordinary office space. Nothing special about this location.

Lastly, and maybe not as important to some is that due to the COVID situation, they stated that they are not permitted to make the normally delicious lemon/orange water that you would normally find at any WeWork.

As much as wanted to work at WeWork, between the ventilation system operation hours, the water, and above-all feeling closed in, we decided to locate a more airy cafe near-by; as there are many in the area that would be more inspiring and are open early and remain open late....

My least favourite WeWork branch in SEA so far. I guess I was unlucky, as they had an unannounced private event in the common area that made the space super loud. But, it’s also the coldest space I’ve been too with a whole lot of members sneezing and coughing (without wearing a face mask). Other than that, the main hot desk area is located on the second floor of the building with very little daylight coming in. Most frustrating was the fact that the team made almost no effort to be welcoming. I understand that WeWork always follows the same structure of the interior space, and I’m already familiar with it, but other teams normally tell you a little bit more about the particular location and give suggestions, like which floor is more suitable for you depending on what type of work you’re going to do and what environment you’re looking for. Big difference to pretty much every other WeWork branch...

Công ty mình thuê văn phòng Wework. Mình bị lấy mất tai nghe airpod pro để ngay trên bàn làm việc, để quên sau giờ làm việc. Ngoài nhân viên công ty chỉ có bảo vệ và nhân viên vệ sinh được vào văn phòng.

Định vị của airpod check được người lấy vẫn tiếp tục mang airpod đã lấy lên văn phòng hàng ngày và trở về nhà lúc 2-3pm mỗi ngày, trùng khớp thời gian thay ca của nhân viên vệ sinh tại WW. Mình đã cung cấp các bằng chứng về địa chỉ nhà của người lấy và ca làm của người đó nhưng Wework không hỗ trợ thỏa đáng để tìm ra người lấy dù Wework có thể dễ dàng kiểm tra được các thông tin này. Cơ bản họ hỏi nhân viên vệ sinh của họ có thấy không và câu trả lời là không là xong. CCTV thì không hỗ trợ cho xem, chỉ báo số lượt ra vào phòng và báo rằng tai nghe quá nhỏ nên không thể xác định.

Chắc chắn là lỗi mình khi bất cẩn để quên đồ. Tuy nhiên không hiểu trách nhiệm của Wework ở đâu khi đồ đạc để ngay trên bàn làm việc trong văn phòng thuê tại Wework có thể dễ dàng bị lấy và nếu thật sự nhân viên của họ / thuộc vendor của họ lấy và họ không quản lý, không xử lý kịp thời thì rất có thể tình trạng này sẽ tiếp diễn với các cty khác thuê văn phòng tại đây.

Quá thất vọng với cách xử lý và phản hồi với lí do không thể chia sẻ vì bảo mật thông tin trong khi họ có thể dễ dàng kiểm tra được và cho mình câu trả lời thỏa đáng hơn. Bạn có dám thuê văn phòng tại WW không nếu họ không thể quản lý và xử lý các trường hợp tài sản nhân viên công ty bạn bị mất cắp dễ dàng với cách xử lý như thế này? Nếu cty nào có thuê văn phòng tại WW thì nên cảnh báo cho nhân viên không nên để bất kì đồ gì lại văn phòng vì nếu mất họ cũng không hỗ trợ...
