This will be a longer review because I’ve never experienced such a horror despite all my time traveling and staying in various accommodations. This place is straight out of a horror movie. First and most importantly, the host is possibly the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. She tries to shift the blame for every complaint as if I’ve been living there for years, even though I only stayed for two weeks. I’ll include screenshots of our conversations so you can judge for yourself. ❌ Cockroaches – On the third day I found a cockroach that had clearly been there the whole time. When I informed her, she tried to blame me for not allowing the cleaner to come (a service I have to pay for, even though in 99% of cases cleaning is included for stays longer than a week). When I clarified that this happened on the third day, she just replied, “Thanks for sharing.” ❌ Noise – The air conditioner sounds like a tank. Even worse, I could hear the AC units from other apartments in my room. At first, I thought there was some construction work nearby, but then realized it was the exact same noise my own AC made. On top of that, the washing machine is so loud it’s unbearable (I'll include video recordings so you can hear how bad it is). The fridge also sometimes makes loud noises out of nowhere, adding to the chaos. There’s also constant noise from outside (chickens and some dogs near the property). Honestly, the only thing in this place that doesn’t make noise is the cockroach. ❌ Bathroom lock – It was broken from the beginning. The host had even tried to fix it with glue. When it completely broke, I had to wait 1.5 hours for a repairman and pay for it myself, because “it was working when I arrived.” I even have a photo as proof. The funniest part? She sent me a YouTube video tutorial on how to unlock a broken door using a plastic bottle, which was a major red flag. ❌ Booking cancellation – Right at the beginning, she canceled the booking for no apparent reason. When I confronted her about it, she told me to “just book for one day,” which already seemed suspicious to me. ❌ No hot water at night – After 9 or 10 PM, there’s no hot water at all, so forget about taking a warm shower in the evening. Totally unacceptable for any kind of accommodation. ❌ Random person visit request – At one point during my stay, the host even asked if she could bring someone over to see the apartment while I was staying there, which felt extremely strange and unprofessional. In conclusion, it’s almost impressive how well she’s perfected the art of shifting blame to others. I felt like I was arguing with a younger sibling about whose turn it is to do chores. It’s obvious she doesn’t care about fixing anything — all she cares about is avoiding a bad review. I told her everything that was wrong, and instead of trying to fix any of it, her only concern was: “Please don’t leave me a bad review.” Let’s be clear: I’m not rich. I’ve stayed in hostels and in some pretty bad apartments, but I’ve never seen someone this rude and irresponsible. Once she gets your money, you’re on your own to survive in that apartment.

Car is not easily to get there like the host - Hong Pham said ! If it's not too exaggerated, it's almost impossible to get there by car. Google map can't direct us to there either. If you come there from the airport with a ton of luggages, it is terrible like hell😨. I took the taxi to her house, and the driver dropped me at the road near the river that about 0,4 miles to her house (I had to walk to her house with 30kg of luggages) The more important thing, the room was so terrible, not like the pictures of the room I chose that the host sent me. I booked the room with the balcony, but the room that I received is just the window room with the view to the narrow, dark space back of the house. There were no amenities in the room: no water, no toothbrush, no soap, no shampoo,... nothing at all ! Not like what she advertise about the room on facebook. She didn't make any preparation ! She didn't take care of us too ! I came here at 2PM. but she didn't send us just a single message to remind us. She didn't give us the door password although we came there over the check-in time. In short, it's not worth your money and time staying there. Honestly, the price is ridiculous compare to the service quality. There are a lot more accommodation which are much better in HCMC. In short: Bad accommodation, Bad...

Booked a room but get moved to another in the first 2 days. That temporary room is not sanitarily qualified: roaches, mosquitoes, ants and centipedes were found. The shower is out of order and the sink is too small. The morning was so loud because of maintenance without any notice from the owner. Then when we get to move to the right booking room and have asked before that we need a room closed to the 1st floor bc of our big suitcases. She said yes we could and then got us the room in the fcking 3rd FLOOR - and of course still say that the homestay had middle floors. The infos are always so vague, the owner denied taking responibilities and also offered a refund of 20% for the days we didn't spend. Cool, that wasn't even the travelling season. Never before have I experienced a freaking facility like that. Stay...
