The Gold Coast Hotel Nha Trang — Hotel in Nha Trang City

Good choice for vacation. Location of the hotel in the city center of Nha Trang. From here guests can walk to the central market is 1 minute, go to the beach about 10 minutes. The special thing is that around the hotel there are many restaurants and street food stalls that are rated very well on google. Parking is right on the ground floor of the hotel, staff keep it 24/7. There are 20 floors including bedrooms, buffet restaurant and small rooftop swimming pool. The interesting thing about swimming here is that you can see the whole Nha Trang city from above, in the afternoon the pool area is very cool, I like to sit and read a book at the pool. The restaurant serves buffet in the morning. The space is open, so in the morning at the restaurant is flooded with sunlight. The time I experienced, although there were not many guests, the restaurant still maintained the buffet without switching to alacatre. Waiters at the restaurant are always watching to serve customers as quickly as possible. There are many types of bedrooms here. Most of the bedrooms have balconies, so the air inside is cool and fresh. The mattress and pillow are of good quality, so they are soft. The air conditioning system is good, so the temperature in the room is always stable. I had a good night sleep here. Television has many channels, YouTube, Netflix. Children traveling with family enjoyed staying in the room to enjoy. Room prices are listed in the main lobby. You can also refer to travel websites. Communication with the hotel team is terrible, they are not accomodating and not helpful. They wouldn’t let us pay with card and we had to walk around to find an atm to pay. Location is fine if you like tacky, same goes for the rooms. On arrival we got there early and tried to communicate with the security guard who was asleep when we arrived and then proceeded to fart directly in front of us. Had to leave our luggage in a really insecure environment and when we tried to use the lounge upstairs which opened at 7am we were given loads of attitude. Room is clean, but honestly…. Worst choice of hotels in the entire time we have travelled...

Cozy and well équiped room and hotel. I just stayed one in this hotel but the experience was very positive. The receptionist guy adapts his price with booking and also give me an upgrading room. Thanks to Mr Nam for his service (show me the room before and give me a tour of the hotel as well). Gym and swimming pool open 24/24 which is a +. I also late checked out and the receptionist was very open minded, miss huong didn’t charge me. I really recommend this place if you want to be far from the noise of the city but close...
