If not for the price and the friendly staff, this hotel will not be recommended.
Room is 3 out of 5 stars: Size is adequate for a 3 star of 4 star hotel. Standard cleanliness. However, the big problem was the bed: They claim the bed was king size, but it's actually combined 2 single beds - the crevice on the center between the 2 single beds feels very uncomfortable upon using the bed. So your sleep quality is affected.
Breakfast is 3 out of 5 stars: The breakfast quality was meh for a four star hotel. They have a lot of variety for sure, but the quality and taste was for a 2 or 3 star hotel. For example, the chicken curry was a watery mess (it says in the description as chicken curry but I think it's yellow chicken soup). The waffles are not the real ones and are from a packaged brand - thus, it tastes dry. I am not Russian but if they want to cater to Russians, they need to make real waffles or pancakes, as this is their favorite breakfast item.
Facilities (LIft) is 1 out of 5 stars: I think this hotel has around 400 rooms, spread out in 25 floors. And it only has 3 passenger lifts. Imagine the chaos and traffic during the morning. I had to wait 6 to 10 minutes for a lift ride everytime when I went down/up for the breakfast buffet. However to be fair - there is no perceivable lift traffic early afternoon as most people have checked-out or maybe staying in their rooms due to the hot weather.
Amenities is 4 out of 5 stars: The gym is the only thing that I can praise about this hotel in terms of its facilities - not very well equipped but very decent. The AC ventilation of the gym is great and we were only 2 people using the entire gym. I suppose the tourists do not use the gym facilities a lot in Nha Trang :)
Price is 5 out of 5 stars: The only redeeming factor for this hotel. For the price, it's a great value considering it is located at the city center and very near to the beach and commercial establishments.

Read moreWe had a wonderful stay at Libra Hotel Nha Trang and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
The location of the hotel is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need. The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with modern design and beautiful views (especially from the higher floors). Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty, and the facilities like the pool and gym were also a big plus.
But what truly made our experience special was the service. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and always willing to help. In particular, we want to say a huge thank you to manager Vinh (working name Linh). He went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
What impressed us most was that Vinh speaks English fluently, which is not so common in Vietnam. It made communication very easy and smooth, especially when we had a special request. On the day of our check-out, we asked if it would be possible to extend our stay a bit longer than the standard check-out time (12:00), and Vinh kindly arranged for us to check out at 14:00 instead — at no extra charge. That small gesture made a big difference for us, since we had a late flight and it gave us a few extra hours to relax.
It’s this kind of attention to detail and customer care that sets Libra Hotel apart. You can tell that the management truly cares about guest satisfaction.
Thanks again to Vinh (Linh) and the entire Libra Hotel team for making our trip so pleasant. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re...
