Ha Trang Hotel and Apartment — Hotel in Nha Trang City

Before we arrived i sent an e-mail specifying that we arrive later than we expect without receiving an answer. When we arrived to hotel the receptionist (the owner) could not understand that we had a reservation, making us understand that she could not understand English.in the first morning, we woke up to have breakfast as included in reservation , but she did not want to provide because on her reservation it wasn't, with a very good English. I spent about 1 hour and half to double check with agoda if we had it , and yes , we had. When I showed that I had it she decide to cancel my reservation for "no show" to save money from commission end gave us that money to have breakfast outside the hotel. After that she totally disappeared. The staff can talk good English but, for any request, they have to call the owner. The reception is 24 hour open but after 10pm you have to call the owner get inside the hotel. At the time of our check-out (7.30 am) there was nobody at the reception so we just left the key on desk. Ich war 3 Wochen da und hatte mir dieses Hotel vor Ort gesucht. Vorher auch besichtigt! Zum Einzug war das Apartment sehr schlecht gereinigt. Also habe ich drei Stunden alles selbst geputzt. Ich habe mir auch eigene Bettwäsche gekauft da die vorhandene sehr sehr schmutzig war. Wirklich heißes Wasser gab es so gut wie nie. Eher lauwarm bis kalt. Angeblich wegen der Solaranlage. Die Klimaanlage habe ich versucht gründlich zu reinigen. Die Filter waren total verdreckt und verschimmelt. Leider ging der ekliger Geruch an ich nicht weg. Die Vorhänge waren schmuddelig und rochen stark nach Rauch. Schade. Die Lage ist toll und der Preis war soweit in Ordnung. Die angebliche Rooftop "Bar" war lieblos und schlampig. Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, dass der Betreiber dieses Hotel nicht mal gründlich auf Vordermann bringt. Das ist fast keine Investition. Nur Handarbeit würde für's Erste schon reichen. Я никогда не бронирую отели заранее, потому что, фото в объявлениях в большинстве случаев отличается от реальности. И поэтому зашёл в этот отель случайно, посмотрел номер, меня устроило. Отель находится на второй линии, поэтому до пляжа 3 минуты пешком. В номере чисто, кровать комфортная. Взял номер с видом на море с балкончиком. Стоит номер 450 тысяч. Сначала взял на одну ночь, чтобы узнать шумно ли ночью в номере. Оказалось очень тих и поэтому остался ещё на 6 дней. Персонал замечательный. Всё очень вежливые и готовы помочь всегда. Главный менеджер очень милая и отзывчивая , прекрасно разговаривает на английском и русском языках. В отеле также есть сервис по стирке одежды и прокат скутеров. В...
