Luxury Nha Trang Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

We were booked in to stay at the luxury hotel in nha trang as part of our 10 day tour with Hoi An express! On arrival we approached the front desk to check in and the lady who served us gave us our room cards. When we saw the room numbers we commented that the tour company requested them to be next to each other as we are a family of 4 with 2 children under 11. She said she couldn't change as they were fully booked! (We booked this tour 11 months ago). There was an aweful, off key loud band playing just off the reception area and this made it hard to talk. We took the "modern lift"( this is advertised as a good feature of the hotel) to the 4th floor where we were showed to our room - the first right outside the lift, the second down the other end of the hall! The rooms are very very old and bland! There were cracks in the wall and dirty hand prints on the wall - I did t even bother to look in the bathroom! The noise coming from the band and the street was so loud (earplugs wouldn't have helped me sleep) the bed was hard and wifi dropping out! Within 2 minutes of walking into the room I was on the internet and booked an apartment to sleep the 4 of us, with kitchen, washing machine and amazing beach view for $100usd for the 3 nights! We left the room and went to get in the elevator and it's doors wouldn't close so we had to lug our suitcase down to the lobby! When we checked out straight away the same lady at the front desk didn't even care as to why we were leaving so soon! Do yourself a favour and book an apartment as you will get more for your money (and u can do some laundry for free :). ....Not to mention the great views! This hotel in my opinion is...

Stayed at this hotel because a lot of other hotels on the main strip were full. It was amongst the cheapest options, and I thought I would take a chance, considering some of the reviews below.||||Pros: the hotel was dirt cheap. Absolutely dirt cheap. $15-20 USD per night. We were given a room on the 4th floor, the wifi was complimentary and relatively fast by Vietnam hotel standards. Unlike some of the comments below, the room, sheets, bathroom and towels were clean. The room was quite large for the price provided as well - two beds, one was a double bed, and there was room to spare. The hotel restaurant was quite good as well (but, I am of Vietnamese descent, so am used to the taste). Even so, I believe that Westerners who have had Vietnamese food in their everyday lives can enjoy the food. If not, there are Western style food along the beach strip (see below). There's fine dining options, there's also KFC and Lotteria, there's also a food court nearby. But above all, the location is incredibly central - on the main Nha Trang strip, close to the beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating - we had a flight at 7am, and had to leave the hotel at 4.30am, and despite the fact that breakfast opens at 6am, we were provided with food, pre-packed for our ride to Cam Ranh International.||||Cons: It's not exactly luxury. And according to other reviews, there are a lot of unclean rooms. I guess just move around rooms until you get a good one?||||But yeah, dirt cheap, clean (well, my room was), good sleep, free wifi, central location?...

Начну с того, что цена - качество соответствует.||Мы купили горящую путёвку на 16 дней. ||Прилетели вечером. Нам предложили самый маленький номер, какой только можно было представить))😂||Мы попросили поменять, так как биться коленями о кровать 16 дней мы не планировали. За 20 долларов нам дали шикарный большой номер на 5 этаже (501). С тремя кроватями и видом на стену другого здания )) Нас это не смутило, так как мы в номере находились только вечерами и на улице все равно темно в это время)) ||По утрам, мы просыпались под горн и пионерские песни, так как в соседнем здании находилась школа. ||В номере вся техника работала. Кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор с 1 каналом, краны. ||Несколько раз мы забывали пароль от сейфа, но нам его терпеливо, с приветливой улыбкой, открывали. ||За, разбитое нами, блюдце с нас удержали 10 ДОНГОВ (30 руб). Считаю, что это очень дёшево, в отличии от других стран. ||Однажды, мы потеряли ключ в номере, с нас взяли штраф 100 ДОНГОВ, но когда мы его нашли - нам вернули деньги!!! ||Я честно признаюсь, что улыбка и доброе отношение к персоналу творят чудеса. ||Убирались девочки каждый день. Не скажу, что прям идеально, но всегда были опрятными постели, чистые полотенца и набор для душа. Чаевые мы не оставляли. ||Отдельно хочу поблагодарить девочек на ресепшене. Всегда улыбающийся, всегда услужливые, всегда готовые помочь. ||Что касается питания,,, я не привереда, поэтому всегда находила, что вкусно  покушать. Суп, яичница, глазунья, курица, папоротник, фрукты, тосты, масло - были всегда, а мне большего не нужно))) ||Хорошо, что не было выпечки))) иначе, я бы выкатывалась из отеля)))) ||Не было йогуртов, но это не самый любимый продукт... ||Хочу отметить, что вход в отдельное кафе без талонов и нет церберов, которые следят за гостями, как в других отелях. ||Пляж через дорогу. Лежаки платные - 50 ДОНГОВ (150 руб. ) Сначала мы боялись зайти в большие волны, но потом научились. И когда съездили на пляж Парагон, где вообще нет волн, поняли, что нам без них скучно))) ||Очень понравилось, что отель находится рядом с торговым нячанг центром. ||Правда, только в последний день выяснили, что там на 3 этаже, есть магазин типа Ашан, где можно купить готовую еду за 30 ДОНГОВ (рис, овощи и 2 куриные ножки, фото прилагаю) и вещи не дорого. ||Так же, на 3 этаже есть кафе - всё включено, где за 220 ДОНГОВ, можно Безлимитно кушать всякие экзотические морепродукты, фрукты, там же есть и мясо... ||В отеле есть массаж, но думаю он там только для звёздности, потому, что дорого очень. ||Мы ходили в массажный салон слепых "Москва ", который на 2 линии, не далеко от ночного рынка. ||Бассейн тоже есть на территории отеля, но я считаю кощунством, находясь рядом с морем, купаться в бассейне))) ||||Чудесного всем отдыха! ||Будьте на позитиве и Ваш отпуск не омрачат никакие...
