We had a room in 34th floor for 3days. The room was quite ok and well equipped with a really nice Seaview and not expensive. Unfortunately the weather was windy and not really warm in January. The wind and the waves make it loud and uncomfortable. Even a nationalpararade at 5 am occurred. The owner or manager wanted cash and sended staff at his chosen time. He didn't even ask, if it was OK for us. Cleaning only every two days... Rooftop bar is not included, in a bad shape and expensive entry, but very loud music in the evening for technofans... Breakfast in 3rd floor expensive and better in other places in my eyes.
Allover: For a short stay in january the apartments are ok, but not more.
Nha Trang is nice, but the east headed beach in january is not recommenable at all. You should prefer west headed beaches. Food and people in Nha Trang are great. Friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience, awful customer service.
We stayed there for 2 nights and then we added another night via Agoda as was suggested to us by the reception staff. After booking we came at 10 in the morning (1 hour before checkout time) to the reception to make sure what is happening with our room and if we should move to a different room- they said to us - “no stay in your room”.
At night when we came back to the hotel there was another guest in our room and all of our belongings were gone.
Apparently the hotel staff decided to move our privet belongings by themselves to a different room after they assured to us in the morning of the same day that we don’t need to move.
After we found out what happened they yelled at us and blamed us for what they did. They refused to even apologize for what they did to us. Stay...

We had a room on the 21st floor which was nice with the view. When we arrived the weird thing was that the owner was waiting for us in the hallway and didn’t announce herself and kind of entered the room with us.
Also on the Booking description of this hotel/apartment, it is stated that there are 2 pools and a private beach area. The thing is you have to pay in order to get to the rooftop pool which was never mentioned and same for the private beach area. We really felt scammed by this situation
And for the room, they could at least do something about the drawing and the mold on the...
