You have to pay 180k vnd in the lobby so you can not see what you are paying for before you commit. So let me help you out!
The view is cool- 360 degrees and nice on a clear day. However there are blurry/dirty windows/barriers all around so it hinders the view.
The Pool was very cold in January. The glass bottom area is much smaller than it appears from the street looking up.
There are less loungers than people and most are wicker chairs made for sitting straight up and do not have cushions. Staff doesn’t help with anything once they hand you a towel.
There is one men’s and one women’s toilet for every one and no changing rooms or showers.
There are no servers around besides to bring out food ordered at the bar. There was no one around to order drinks from while sitting. Staff watched with out helping when i had to drag a lone lounger from far away to find somewhere to sit in the sun.
The cocktails i saw people order from the bar with food looked like straight sugar water so i didn’t get one.
Also kids were slashing around, they were actually pretty well behaved but as a kidless adult, I didn’t expect so many.
It’s a shame, it’s got all the really nice potential but horrible execution and little to no care. It’s tired and everything is dirty or cheap.
It’s almost worth it for the view and to kill time if you aren’t on a tight budget, but don’t have super high expectations about...
Read moreWe paid in the morning to use the pool it was amazing our kids loved it it was worth it so beautiful. we had to pay again to go up at night as we wanted city photos which we didn’t mind as they included a “whisky high ball” which was soda there was no whisky in it. I knew from the cocktail I bought at lunch it must be watered down. Then Tonight going back for city photos at night I decided to ask for a shot they refused and tried to make me buy a bottle so I asked for a high ball on the rocks and they finally gave it to me and as suspected it was watered down not just a little it was a lot, pretty much drank a drizzle of alcohol to water in a small whisky glass. We got up to take a photo of the city at night and we’re told no we weren’t allowed over by the side of the pool and the lady ran for security! Really just the worst experience and service.
Go in the day for the experience food was ok but expensive compared to what you can get out by the beach and the cocktails and alcohol is 1000% a waste of your money! Even asking a manager if they can put a whisky on the rocks is the biggest red flag for a 5...
Read moreWe were staying in the hotel and wanted to go up for swimming. We first had to go back down from level 33 to ground floor to pay, then back to level 40. It takes ages, as the lifts are very busy. It costs 500k for 2 adults and 1 kid. We could not find a seat or lounge, as all of them had towels on them. No staff was taking care of the area at all. They should be clearing towels when guests leave, so new guests can sit. We watched many guests arriving and doing the same thing - walking around lost. No staff showing any concern. All the staff were standing at the kitchen area on their phones. We finally just sat on the ground. After around 15 mins we saw some other guests with drinks - we didn’t know that you could order drinks and food. No menus were offered. So I walked directly to the bar to order. We stayed for 2 hours and had some food and 4 rounds of drinks - every time we had to go directly to the bar to order. The staff never walked around the pool. Never cleared our plates or bottles. Maybe it is better during the evening…but it is definitely poorly managed...
