Green World Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

The staff is nice, very nice gym compared to most other gyms in other hotels(!) (although no AC inside, which made it incredibly hot—they said it was a construction or technical issue). During my stay, their restaurant on the top floor was closed for construction too. They don’t help you very much with some things, and room service was limited. Nice room where I stayed (for a month). They also offer apartment-style rooms, which are quite cheap, but they’re on lower floors and don’t have much of a view. I had a nice room with a balcony and a nice view, however, it’s not right on the beach but a few buildings in. They don’t offer good prices for their scooters, which they call motorbikes, and don’t help with basic things (I asked for an extension cable so I could work on my balcony, they said no. I also hired a personal trainer, and it was incredibly complicated, and didn’t work out in the end. In my next hotel, they found me a personal trainer in one day, and there was no issue at all). Most of the vacationers are Russians and Ukrainians, with the odd Brit or Australian that stops in every so often. When I was there (all of June, 2024) their pool was on the 7th floor, so no infinity pool, and kind of small. It looked nice though. They offer breakfast but after that the restaurant is closed. Still, they are fair and don’t rip you off. I think for the local economy, their owner runs a very good business and it is indeed a nice hotel if you’re a westerner and consider the local economy, the length of the tourist season they have to work with, and the prices compared to most any other tourist destination. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were upgraded from a Superior room to a Executive Apartment. Our apartment was huge with a dining table, a living hall and a bar counter. We were also given a free bottle of local red wine by the hotel in conjunction with our anniversary. We were the only Asian in this hotel where the rest of the guest are all Russians. Front counter staff is excellent, helpful and friendly especially the girl name My. Room is super comfortable and spotless clean. Water pressure is strong. Wifi is ok but not strong at the balcony. Breakfast was delicious and many choices but restaurant staff don't really can speak english. In fact, most of the hotel staff can't speak english except for the reception staff. Go for the unlimited seafood bbq buffet dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Seafood is fresh and buffet price is very reasonable at VD 297k/pax only for inhouse guest. Didnt swim at their pool bcos the water is too cold. Beach is just 5 mins walk away with beach towels, sun loungers provided by the hotel. Didnt try their spa because the spas along the road are half the price cheaper than the hotel. Breakfast restaurant staff have to buck up because most of the time its always out of utensils like fork and plates. Replenishment is slow. Even though there are some minor cons here, I still give them 5 stars because for only VD700,000/night (from Agoda) which is the price of a 2 star hotel, I am getting a 5 star hotel services & room.
