I can’t believe I’m writing this but my partner found a snail in his salad and this is the THIRD time this has happened from iVegan. The first time it happened in store in Da Nang it was a slug and they were very apologetic, refunded and we gave them the benefit of the doubt as accidents can happen and we were eating there most days.

The second time it happened when I ordered on Grab in Da Nang and it had the same kind of slug in it! This time as I complained to Grab they were rude to me and told me it couldn’t happen, then offered 500k voucher but I didn’t want it as I don’t want to eat somewhere that serves slugs in their salads.

A month later we try the store in Nha Trang and my partner finds a snail in his salad again 😭 I feel disgusted as I’d eaten most of my bowl thinking I was safe from any live animals in the salad…

I feel so sick knowing I probably ate a slug from these guys. I’ve messaged them on Instagram and they say they check every leaf but they obviously don’t as it’s happened to me THREE times from 2 locations.

The waitress at the Nha Trang store was unhelpful and rude too, we expected to be refunded both of our meals after finding something so disgusting in our supposed VEGAN meal but she asked if I’d eaten most of the bowl 😂 the service is beyond a joke and the food hygiene is non existent. How can it happen three times across two locations?

If you choose to dine here, please be very aware that there is likely slugs or snails in the salad and check carefully. Slugs and snails carry parasites and obviously cause...

This place really surprised us. It is in the lobby of a very cute hotel on a small hem. Had the largest fish I have ever seen in an indoor fish pond. But the good experience ended there. The attitude of the only you g lady working was very off putting. We sat about 1.5 meters from her. They do not give you a menu, you have to go to the counter and get it yourself . We were ready to order, not knowing you had to go to the counter to order she points the sign “ order here”. There choice. But I have choices as well. I will choose to not be treated like that. They can choose to save money and be rude. I had ordered home delivery of one of their hamburgers. Living quite some distance from them I was surprised up it came warm and not soggy. Not the same experience in the restaurant. Obviously the cook does not know how to dress a hamburger bun, lettuce, condiments and patties, condiment lettuce bun. This creates a barrier so the condiment does not make the bun soggy. But not here. It was so soggy in minutes it was not editable. We left two hamburgers. The smoothie was quite nice. No one asked how are meal was or ever spoke to us. We will not be going back. To many great choices in Nha Trang....

The inside of the restaurant is very interesting. The setup is excellent.

Lemongrass ginger tea that I tried to order was not available. The food was just about acceptable. The falafel bowl was pretty decent. Unfortunately, i found the lentil soup to be very bland and tasteless. Protein ball was fine for the protein part of it.... the taste was average overall. The restaurant has many interesting items on the menu, so I might give it another try.

They need to change the ordering system. The poor lady who was taking the orders and bringing the food seemed to be overworked. She was doing the best she could. Ownership can afford to hire more help 😆

Two customers who came after me got to order ahead of me even though I was ready with my order simply because there is absolutely no system for ordering. They can absolutely improve this ordering aspect of the service. The lady did apologize for the 30-plus minute delay that I had in getting my food because the 2 customers (wrongly) ahead of me, who ordered a bunch of items, probably.
