My story :( (My English is not good ) I went to Nha Trang in public holidays (tet holidays). Many hotels in there were almost full. After searching for longtime, i came across to nha trang pearl hotel and they said they had roms but me had to wait.My two years old baby got sick and wanted to sleep,i couldn't move any more , they knew that, i said to them gave me the rooms as soon as posible. After about 1 hour waiting , me had the room , but the price increased by 3 times and i had to pay intermediately.I got the room, it was very bad(too many to list there, i mean the value wasn't suitable for the price). I realized they still had rooms with better condition than mine, i was angry but luckily the room became wet, the water was on bed . they had to give me another room. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was mold in the bathroom, and the water didn’t drain properly, leaving the entire bathroom flooded. The air conditioning didn’t work, making the room unbearably stuffy, and the entire place had a terrible smell.
The bed was disgusting, with dirty sheets that had stains on them—absolutely unacceptable! The ceiling had what looked like water damage, adding to the overall sense of neglect. It was clear that no real maintenance or cleaning had been done. Wi-Fi didn’t work and so much more that hotel have unworthy living conditions!
Even for a low price, this place is NOT worth it. It was overpriced for what it offered—a dirty, smelly, and completely uncomfortable experience. Avoid...
Read moreNo greeting upon checking in. Simply asked for a booking reference number, given a key, and pointed in the vague direction of the room. The room we were given was like a coffin, no windows, mould on the walls and ceiling. The interior door was partially made of glass so you can see the hallway light on all night and the room is not ever dark. A wedding party were yelling at 11pm outside our room and again at 6:30am in the lobby. When I went to ask staff to see if they could be asked to quieten down in the lobby as we could hear it from our room, we were told noise was to simply be expected. One star is for the comfy bed but that’s all. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful at all junctures of our stay and couldn’t give us basic information...
