Highlands Coffee 12 Han Thuyen — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

I ordered an iced cocoa for 65k. That was likely the most disgusting stuff I ever drank in all of Asia and for sure the worst experience in Nha Trang so far. That "cocoa" is full of jelly pieces and I almost had to vomit. The staff didn't mention that it contains jelly and didn't ask me about that. The sign just says "cocoa" and nowhere is stated anything about jelly. I had to throw away the whole drink. Normally I'm strictly against throwing away any food but that drink was just too disgusting. Definately my last visit in any Highlands Coffee. By the way, the wifi didn't work there. And the price is ridiculous. Just for comparison, for 65k you get 3x vegetarian lunch buffets...

They gave me the wrong coffee or they provided too much water in it. The service is poor. The quality is too low. Too lazy and not listening to you. I translate for them but the bad people don't care about the customers. The manager performed poorly. Don't go to this branch. Very backward.

她们给我错误咖啡或者她们提供太多水在里面。服务很差。素质太低了。太懒散也不听你。我给她们翻译但不好人没在乎顾客。经理表现很差。不要去这个分行。很落后。

Мне дали не тот кофе или слишком много воды. Сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Качество слишком низкое. Слишком ленив и не слушаю тебя. Я перевожу для них, но плохим людям наплевать на клиентов. Менеджер плохо справился. Не ходите в эту ветку....
