Nem Nướng Nha Trang - Đặng Văn Quyên — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

We have eaten and enjoyed the food here on numerous occasions when we are in Nha Trang. We’ve also brought friends here. Last night they repaid our loyalty by overcharging us. We ordered 3 Bún Thit Núong Chǎ Giò which obviously includes a spring roll at 60Vd (without it costs less). We also ordered an extra plate of spring rolls priced at 60Vd. When we were presented with the bill we were charged 180 for the main courses but also charged 107Vd for 7 spring rolls. Essentially we were charged extra for the spring rolls that we had already paid for in the price of the main courses. We questioned the young waiter who assured us it was correct. We left feeling like they’d seen us as foreigners and thought they won’t notice if we overcharge them. Well guess what? we did and feel disgusted. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle! Such a bad experience when coming here when having a chance to visit Nha Trang which is quite famous with Nem Nuong. First of all, the staff here are so unwelcome, I came when there are a lot of people around, we need to find a seat by ourselves and wait almost 10 minutes but nobody cares that we are waiting for ordering. When we ask to give the menu, they said that ok ok but then they still did their job. Regarding the foods, to be honest, I can find the better places in Ho Chi Minh city which is more tasty and reasonable price than here. The food is fewer than it should be in this price, the sauce is nothing special. We need to order the beef to make us more fulfill but that is so dried and hard to swallow it. Food is just ok and taste is not unique as one is expecting from this famous restaurant. Staff is extreme unfriendly and is a kind of arrogante. We (4 pax.) and were assigned to a small table at the side, as the table seemed quite dirty to us I asked for a change because I see a lot of tables available and clean at the midway...
