We ended up staying here for 4 nights after originally only booking for 2. The hotel is in a good location, modern and well maintained. The staff were nice enough but the service in general was poor.||They allowed us to check in early (6am) as they had 2 rooms that were vacant but had not been cleaned. But as we had just got off a night bus we didn't much care. We asked them to clean the room while we went out for the day. Upon returning 8 hours later the room still hadn't been cleaned from the guests before us. We had to ask again and wait while the receptionist finally got to it. Once they finished cleaning we discovered that they still had not changed the bedding.||On top of this they did not clean the room once in the 4 days we were there which meant by the morning we had checked out there were 2 cockroaches in the room (on account of the bins not having been emptied the whole time).||Instead of giving us a discount for staying there for so many nights they increased the price for the last night to 400,000 VND (instead of 260,000). ||The last thing was that we had rented scooter through them for 100,000 VND a day. We had the scooters for a total of 36 hours which they tried to charge...
Read moreGood||- Nice location - 10 min walk to beach and night market||- Room clean and comfy bed||- Held our bags all day free of charge in staff/family accommodation located right next to reception. Delightful smiley old lady in there.||- Room ready when we arrived at 8am.||||Bad||- Staffs English is awful. Def print out your reservation as it was hard for them to even understand my name - one lady speaks no English.||- Wifi is very temperamental - barely worked in room.||- Nha Trang is run by Russians. They had very boushly rude behaviour, and were unpleasant to be around. Signs are in Russian, Russian restaurants everywhere. One (Russian) travel agent seemed to take delight when saying "no speak English." Another travel agent had no English leaflets or print outs.||||Wouldn't go to Nha trang just for the beach - far nicer places, like Hoi An. My advice, leave the...
Read moreWe transferred here after our first hotel (Thien Minh) ripped us off.|The staff at Phong Luu were very friendly and helpful. The girl which showed us the room also gave us a great price (180000vnd/night).|We spent 6 nights here and it was totally worth it!|The room was clean and had a mini fridge, tv, AC and a deck. The only reason this wasn't a five point review was because the washroom caused the room to smell strongly of mildew when the windows weren't open.|The location was great as well! 5 minute walk to the beach, cheap restaurants almost next door, 20 minute walk to the train station and close to anything else you could need!|Altogether a great stay in Nht Trang and we'd definitely stay here again and recommend it as a cheap,...
