First of all i’d like to say that i’ve been working in tourism for many years now and i’ve travelled all around the world, so, if possible, i always try not to write bad reviews because i know problems and inconvenience can happen. ||This time I exceptionally decided to break my own rules because I never had to deal with such lack of respect and education from the Reception staff.||We stayed in this “resort” for 6 nights, a group of 7 people for a total of 3 bungalows booked. We also rented 4 motorbikes for the whole 7 days of our vacation. All the motorbikes had at least a problem or something that didn’t work: the brakes didn’t do their job, one of the seat was unstable while driving and falling off its place every time you tried to open it, the wheels were completely flat and needed to be changed and you had to spend at least 5 minutes just to start one of the motorbikes. ||We rented motorbikes really often during our road trip in Vietnam but nothing as broke as this. During the week we had to change the motorbikes more than a few times and between the exhausting waiting nobody ever apologised to us.||This said, at the and of the staying they still had the courage to ask for the motorbikes in return at the time established, not one minute more. And this all happened while the guy at the reception was making fun of us. It’s ridiculous to say that it is not a service directly connected to the resort. You recommended us this service without giving other choices; when you rely on someone else’s service you have to guarantee for them.||The day of leaving we were forced to pay an amount of 300 VND because a swimming pool towel was missing from our rooms (towels that were never changed during the staying even though during check-in we were told differently). And everyone who travelled Vietnam knows that the charge does not match with a towel real’s price.||We were treated as thieves despite all the money we paid. I also offered myself to open the backpacks to let them check. In many years of travelling I never had to go up something this shameful. ||We had lunch at the resort restaurant just once because the food was not that great, the plates were almost empty and the price was high compared to the restaurants in the island (which are higher compared to all the others cities in Vietnam).||The juices were dirty water, not good at all and very disappointing compared to the good ones we were able to drink all around the other places.||The swimming pool was stunning but the sun beds were always dirty . The closing time was at 7:00 PM, weird thing considering there is no lifeguard service. ||The only positive things would have been the free bikes and kayak that were given to the guests if only numerically was impossible for all to use them (just 2 kayaks and 5 bikes). It makes no sense to offer a service if you can’t fully satisfy all the costumers. ||Breakfast was ok and the guys who prepared fresh eggs every morning were really nice. ||I’ll close this review by saying that this place has a lot of potential. The little beach was stunning and the nature all around is mind blowing. It’s sad that the staff is not able to run this place properly. I do not feel to recommend this place to anyone. Hope this review will help them understand how to work in tourism and how to deal...

Stay Dates: 24th – 29th July 2025 | Traveled From: Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India
First Impressions: Warm Hospitality & Hassle-Free Arrival
Even before my trip began, the resort impressed me with their proactive communication, reaching out to arrange my airport transfer. The taxi service (included in the bill) was punctual and comfortable, making my journey from Phu Quoc Airport smooth. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ms. Thi Thi at the reception, whose kindness and genuine warmth set the tone for my stay. The entire staff was patient, attentive, and always smiling—something I truly appreciated as a solo traveler.
The Property: A Slice of Tropical Heaven
Nestled along a pristine private beach, the resort is a well-maintained paradise with lush greenery and a tranquil ambiance. The highlight? A stunning swimming lounge built over the waves, where I could float above the turquoise waters. There were also swings hanging right above the sea—imagine swaying gently with the ocean breeze!
My Beachfront Bungalow: Steps from the Sea
I stayed in the “Beach Front Bungalow – Adults Only”, and it was everything I dreamed of. Just a few steps from my cottage, the soft sand and gentle waves awaited. My room had a large window framing a picture-perfect beach view, and a private sit-out area where I spent hours reading, sipping tea, and soaking in the sea’s calming presence.
The open-air bathroom was a unique touch, blending nature with comfort. However, I did notice missing amenities like a shaving kit and shower cap, which would have been helpful.
Dining: A Culinary Delight (Except the Coffee!)
The seaside restaurant was closed during my stay (likely due to rough weather), but the main restaurant near reception more than made up for it. The chef was exceptionally skilled—every dish I tried was flawless.
Deep-Fried Calamari – Perfectly crispy, tender inside.
Spring Rolls – Fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared.
Vietnamese Cuisine – A delightful mix of herbs and spices.
The only disappointment? Vietnamese coffee. As someone used to high-quality, medium-roasted Arabica, the local black coffee was far too strong and bitter (almost burnt) for my taste. I ended up skipping it entirely.
Amenities & Activities
Infinity Pool: Sparkling clean with a breathtaking sea view.
Private Beach: Impeccably maintained—no litter, just soft sand and clear waters.
Relaxation Zones: Loungers, and shaded cabanas for ultimate relaxation.
Final Thoughts: A Soul-Soothing Retreat
What made this stay truly special was the ever-present sound of waves—a natural therapy that melted away my stress. Waking up to the ocean’s rhythm and falling asleep to its whispers was exactly the mental reset I needed.
Minor Improvements Needed:
Basic toiletries (shaving kit, shower cap) should be provided.
Coffee options could be more balanced for international guests.
Verdict: 9.5/10 – An idyllic beachfront retreat with excellent service, delicious food, and a heavenly location. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, or anyone seeking peace by the sea.

The landscape architecture is excellent. Lots of established flowering shrubs and trees, in addition to annuals. Frequent use of sturdy grass in footpaths. Altogether, it achieves an aesthetic of being in a pleasant jungle. And there are not so many rooms that the place feels crowded.
The decor throughout makes frequent use of natural materials like wood and stone. Man-made materials are restricted to limited use of tile and glass. So they avoid the sterility of the big, modern concrete and metal resorts.
Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed is large and firm. The bathroom is semi-outdoors but has ample privacy.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone seems to speak English very well and they also put up with my few mispronounced Vietnamese phrases.
The resort has the loveliest beach that we saw anywhere on the island. Soft sand with palm trees, umbrellas, and comfortable seating that never filled up. Further out, there are some rocks that create habitat for little fish, in case you want to do some casual snorkeling. Best of all, the beach and the ocean in front of it have much less trash than other beaches in the area. (Ocean garbage seems to be a major problem that is frankly ruining most of Phú Quốc's beaches. But this beach seems to be somehow mostly immune.)
The breakfast buffets are amazing! Noodle soup, omelets, fresh fruits, breads, waffles, jams, syrups, hot Vietnamese and Western dishes, vegetables, beans, bacon, and a salad bar. Plus, tea, coffee, fresh juices, and a smoothie. Everything is delicious. And the primary dishes rotate daily, so you won't get tired of eating the same thing every morning.
The beach restaurant (lunch and dinner) is pretty good. Most dishes are tasty, if a bit small. We did run in to a couple of dishes that were a little bland. But most of what we got was delicious. Prices are a bit higher than in the community, which is to be expected for a resort restaurant with fantastic views.
The guests seemed to be almost entirely European and mostly older. The vibe is very chill and quiet. This is not a party destination, nor is it a great place for rowdy kids.
The spa offers a full menu of services. The masseuses are very...
