Herbal Hotel & Spa — Hotel in Phan Thiết City

Booked a room in february/march 2019 for 18 nights solo, purely here for kitesurfing and some sightseeing when there was no wind.||||Really appreciated the herbal hotel, was really close to the kitespot and school where i was with. Once i arrived after a fullday of kitesurfing i came into a peacefull and tranquill environment which provided me the much needed rest i needed. Quick nap, well working Airco unit, own fridge/bathroom with enough facilities and fresh towels and cleaning EVERYDAY!||||Really glad i made the choice to stay here, did not use the spa/massages here but i can imagine that they are just as proper. Used to go for breakfast in the hotels restaurant as this was affordable(-10% for hotel guests) and iloved the pancakes/ice coffee just before an early surf session.||||If i wanted to go out or visit some friends for drinks everything was do able by foot and even perfect to do by scooter which can be rented almost everywhere on the Mui Ne strip.||||Owners were really nice, helpfull and seemed like hard workers who wanted to make things work. Had a chinese invasion for a few days which caused alot of annoying by all the guests including me. As they were very loud on weird times and moving furniture and so on, the hotel owners advised me to move to another room/bungalow and advised me that they were only there 2 days which was perfect.||||Really glad i stayed here and would love to return to Mui Ne even for longer nexttime and will definetly inquire and hopefully stay with the Herbal Hotel again.||||Thank you Herbal Hotel for a very...

This was my first time in Mui Ne and based on the time that we enjoyed at Herbal Hotel and Spa we will be back again soon...!||||Friends of ours recommended this hotel to us and it was exactly what we were after...right in the centre of Mui Ne, less than 50 metres to the laneway leading to the beach, extremely clean, very helpful staff (and owners), and delicious food at the onsite restaurant...i loved the chicken coconut curry and the bbq ribs...delicious...and of course the quality Australian wines...||||The owners helped us to book our tours, and gave us advice on the best places to do our activities. We have a 13 year old son who wanted to try all the water based activities such as Jet-skiing, Kite surfing, Wind surfing, and swimming...all of these activities were based across the street down the laneway on the beach within a two minute walk. Important for us was that this section of the beach was safe with many tour operators on constant lookout for any issues in the water.||||In our room we had an issue with our water tap and called reception, within a few minutes it was fixed. It wasnt actually an issue, we were pushing the button instead of pulling it...! ||||I loved the gardens, the background music in the restaurant, and the calm and peaceful ambience in and around the rooms. ||||There was so much that we wanted to do in our short time in Mui Ne but ran out of time. We stayed 3 nights at the herbal hotel & spa and could not have chosen a better place to explore all we wanted in Mui Ne. The hotel is situated a short 5 minute walk from the beachfront. The 'terrace restaurant' located at the front of the hotel had a great selection of food at reasonable prices. We also tried some of the local food stalls on the street which were delicious and cheap. We were most impressed with the staff in all areas of the hotel. In particular, the owner was a lovely man and always available to address any questions and arranged a number of tours for us with short notice and at a good price. We tried the spa promotions (happy hour deal 40% off). The spa was clean and we received good Vietnamese massages. There were only male therapists available at the time of treatment, so the only recommendation we have is to have some female therapist available as well. However both men were respectful and made us feel comfortable during our treatment so this worked out fine for a nice strong massage.
