The staff were nice and very helpful. The resort has great views and a nice pool with a lovely garden. The room is cleaned up upon request in a timely fashion. I think it is alright for the price. My biggest complaints are about the bathroom: The shower stall got clogged up from all the dusts, hair, and debris from previous stays. It seems like the filter is not cleaned often. The staff was very nice and helpful to give immediate assistance though. The overall shower stall is not clean. The sink faucet is old, loose, and dirty. I can still see very obvious traces of others’ toothpaste. It is not cleaned regularly. This place provides merely adequate amenities. The body wash bottle was broken as I could not use the pump. The toilet is not cleaned very well. There is obvious dirt in the toilet. Our trash is not taken away for our 2 nights of stay although it was full for a while. I believe the manager has to do thorough inspections after cleaning for the next guests. This resort should have better quality standards and attention to details. I planned to stay at this beautiful place for four nights but I liked it so much that I extended my stay. The Bungalows are really cozy with your own bath and terrace to relax. The beautiful green garden area and the nice pool with its sun-beds invites to relax and enjoy the sun. Everything is really clean and Dario and his Team are lovely and attentive. They support you to make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable. He also helped me to organize a tour to see the dunes. The resort is close to the kite-spot (5min by scooter, which you can rent at the hotel) what made it even more attractive for me and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in walking distance. We had booked 4 nights through the hotels website directly as this usually gives the hotel more of the money. When we arrived at the hotel they had no booking in their system even though we had already been charged for the stay in full! They were already fully booked so we could only stay one night. My friend I was traveling with was really sick so it wasn’t an option to leave and check in somewhere else at the time.

Luckily we got the money back in cash for the three nights we didn’t stay.
