I don't know, to be honest, where these good reviews came from... I and husband stayed here for 3 nights after 1 month travelling around Vietnam - it is our second time here so after 2 months in Vietnam we know the price-quality what you get from the hotels. This hotel should cost maximum 10 $ for what it is, not 22 $!!! This is the worst hotels so far for us after 2 months in Vietnam. For that price, there was no breakfast included, nor we had cattle for coffee or tea in the room. So we asked for a cattle, but it turned out, that the electricity breaks every times we were trying to boil water for coffee... The hotel is super old, and it looks like nothing was ever renovated. The people working here are not friendly or helpful, they don't even say Good Morning or Goodbye. For the 3 days they cleaned our room once, AFTER we asked for it - after the "cleaning", they only changed the towels and made the bed. The rooms are absolutely basic and uncomfortable - old amenities, not worth 22$ per night. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable, at least the AC was working and we had warm shower. The pool area is strange - broken sunbeds- you can never relax on something like this! Yes, it is beach front, but there is not a real beach in front that hotel, so you need to rent a scooter if you want to go to a beach. Save your money and book something else! This hotel is not worth 22 $!!!

-ASPECTOS POSITIVOS: La habitación era espaciosa y estaba limpia.

Stay here for 5nights. Clean spacious room and big terrace. Always windy in the day time. Clean rooms but a little old and can use some updates on furniture and facilites. Theres also no rubbish bin in the room so everyday you have to throw your own trash out. They don’t provide any trash bag so I use my own plastic bags for that. There’s a swimming pool and simple food menu where you can order some food. Prices can be abit high with smaller food portions if you compared with similar food that one can order from Grab app and dining out. I do recommend the banana pancake though, it was sweet and delicious.

This little resort is tucked away in the quieter part of Mui Ne. Located overlooking the ocean, it’s a perfect place to relax and take in the sound of the waves. Ms Phuong and her staff are just lovely, and ready to help with anything you need, whether it’s a taxi pick up from Binh Thuan station, to rent a scooter for the day (they have them on-site) or some local knowledge / advice on things to do in the area.|We were lucky enough to be given the bungalow overlooking the ocean. It was a good size, with excellent air conditioning. The shower had a hand-held shower head, so different to what we’re used to, but the water was hot if needed, so we had no complaints. No tea/coffee making facilities in the bungalow, but the staff were more than happy to bring a tray with Vietnamese coffee in a filter and a thermos to your bungalow so you can make the perfect coffee on your balcony and watch the waves while you sip away.|The pool overlooks the ocean and was well maintained. We spent a lot of time alternating between the pool and the sun beds - it was such a relaxing stay. There are several restaurants and cafes close by, including the Chill Out Bar, a groovy little place with great cocktails and yummy food.|I got up everyone to watch a spectacular sunrise and the fishermen out at sea. As mentioned in other reviews, there’s not much beach left. We did manage a couple of swims at low tide, but to be honest, I was more than happy to relax under the trees on the sun beds and take a dip in the pool every now and then. There’s a beach a few minutes walk south if you really want it...|We really loved our stay and will go back to Hiep Hoa next time we’re...

Absolutely Horrible – A Complete Disaster, Never Again!

This was by far the worst hotel experience my family has ever had. The room was filthy from the moment we walked in — the bed sheets, pillows, and towels were dusty and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was even sand and dirt on the bed, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer decent service.

We had to wait at check-in because the staff said they needed time to clean the room — yet when we returned later in the afternoon after going out, nothing had been cleaned. It looked like no one had even touched the room. The room was small, so there was absolutely no excuse for the lack of basic cleanliness.

The so-called "amenities" were a joke — only a few tiny shampoo packets for a whole family, and just two bottles of water. The towels were dirty and clearly not fresh. Honestly, if you end up staying here, I strongly recommend going out and buying your own clean towels. Don’t rely on what the hotel provides — it's unhygienic and careless.

And the staff? At first they were polite — only while getting your money. After that, their attitude completely changed. They became rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It’s unacceptable to treat paying guests this way. People go on vacation to relax, not to deal with unfriendly and disrespectful service.

To make things worse, they acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay, instead of providing the minimum hospitality a paying guest should expect. We paid to stay here — this was not a favor or a free stay.

This hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish. I strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. There will never be a second time — once is more...
