Horrible customer service. They gave us 2 wrong orders, one they admitted that they got wrong, the other they lied about it. And they CHARGED us for both orders.

The first wrong order was the side white rice we didn’t ask for because we already ordered a different rice, we ate some because we thought it came with the clay pot fish, but it was not. The second wrong order was the clay pot fish itself. They gave us the wrong kind of fish, which was less yummy but more expensive. They admitted to the rice, but lied that we ordered that fish. We’ve confirmed the order twice before we sent them off, so I knew we were not wrong. They refuse to correct the order and charged us for both at the end.

The food itself is meh. We came here because they have the crispy fried rice, which wasn’t even crispy. Other stuff is just not that impressive. For the taste alone I wouldn’t go back, let alone the horrible customer service.

The table we sit at also didn’t have enough lighting. Half our table was in darkness, we have to use our own phone to light them.

Don’t come here if you don’t wanna waste your $$ and still not have...

Restaurant is clean, staff's attitude is ok. However I disappointed for thier food so much. I ordered fish salad (Goi Ca) and Phan Thiet's special hotpot (Lau Tha). Fish salad is served with raw fish, it was smelly and couldn't eat all. About Hotpot, it's very normal, nothing special but price is around VND400,000. Quite expensive compare with normal hotpot. This hotpot also come with smelly fish. Also waited for long time, more than 30min I cannot recommend...

Excpting the attitude of staff is quite good, some Vietnamese dishes made by VietnamHome are not ok, seafood is not fresh, maybe after Tet holidays there are not much fishing operating Waiters do not know about Thả hotpot, they do not introduce nor guide us to have this even though this is a very unique dishes, lots of guests passing by are very excited with the beautiful...
