On a Sunday at 6 am I jumped off my bed from a very loud extended noise coming from the hall, that made the whole room tremble. I went out of the room; the noise came from a cargo machine, carrying anither guests luggage. It lasted for two long minutes (it went slowly up first, then slowly down to the ground floor) after that, I couldn't sleep. In case you didn't realize earlier, most guests go in holidays to rest and relax! If you exceptionaly check-in a guest so early, use the stairs, protect your guests sleep! I thought this is common sense, maybe I was wrong. Please consider another payment method for the laundry or if you are going to charge 480.000 (which is more than 5 times what we payed anywhere else in Vietnam) maybe consider not offering the service at all. I'd be embarrassed.

Really awesome hotel right opposite the Dong Vui food court. I stayed here for almost a month it was perfect. Fresh linen and towels and water, rooms cleaned every day!

The two ladies on reception (Thao) were so friendly and helpful - they really made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Stayed here for 4 nights total. There is no doubt the rooms are awesome.

However the WiFi is letting you down. Cut out a lot during our stay and especially on our floor.
