I came here as a vegan, and they were happy to remove the cheese from the vegetarian pizza. I asked for the price of the pizza without cheese, which was the same. This did not make sense to me, but they said they would add more sauce and vegetables. The pizza came out pretty, but I could not taste the sauce, which made the pizza quite bland. On the crust they add sesame seeds, which made me think about a Frøsnapper, which is a Danish pastry with a very overpowering sesame seed taste. This does not fit on an Italian pizza.
Feedback for future vegan pizzas: Make a tomato sauce with taste, and add some more of it when you skip the cheese. Otherwise the experience is just a Danish Frøsnapper topped with baked vegetables. Luckily there was some sauces by the counter that saved...

A pro Italian tip to make a great vegan pizza to meet all diets is to have a marinara on your menu. Focus on the tomato sauce and the crust and this pizza will melt in your mouth. No cheese needed.

Ok pizza is not just OK, it’s really freaking delicious! Although they weren’t open at 10am but I came around again at 1pm and ordered their salmon pizza to go.
Generous toppings. Sesame seeds on the crust edges added a delicate flavour that enhanced the overall taste. Staff rushed the order for me as well since I was going to catch my bus back to HCM in 20min.
