Homie Home — Hotel in Quảng Bình Province

I loved my stay at Phong Nha Homie Home! The owner Du is very kind and was attentive to anything I might need during my stay. I had such a good experience that I end up extending for several days to stay longer. Du made great recommendations for activities in the area. Visiting a local farm to see ducks, and recommending which caves to explore. I arranged a trip to Mua Cave through Du and had an unbelievable experience! I highly recommend Mua, it was more expensive than other caves in the area but totally worth it! Du also gave me a custom list of things to check out in Hue, his home town since I was headed there next. He provided really excellent service and care for me and the other travelers staying at his homestay.

I stayed in a private room. It was large, clean and very comfortable! It had a nice bathroom attached. There is hot water and AC in the room. There are 2 nice social spaces on the main floor and one upstairs with a balcony that has a nice view of the river. Oh and there are puppies! Three very cute super friendly dogs-Mama and two younger pups downstairs that are fun to play with!

Our stay at this homestay was simply perfect – mostly thanks to Du, the incredibly kind and helpful host! From the very first moment, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He supported us with everything and gave us the best recommendations for the area around and also his hometown Hue.

Du speaks perfectly good English, always has a smile on his face, and treats his guests like friends. You can truly feel how much he cares about making your stay special.

Staying here was one of the best decisions of our trip! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable – but what truly made it unforgettable was Du, the amazing host.

From the moment we arrived, Du welcomed us like friends. He went out of his way to help with anything we needed – whether it was about the caves around, giving us recommendations for restaurants, massage places etc., or just having a friendly chat. His kindness and warmth made us feel completely at home.
