Room: The rooms are decent but they don't clean the room or change the sheet no matter how long you stay. They have heat pads on the bed to keep you warm but some doesn't work well. one of their rooms have a crevice on the window where cold breeze get in. The hot shower only lasts for few minutes 🤷🏼♀️ also, don't expect that you will have a GOOD morning as they are noisy in the morning, not considering other people's rest time. During our 3rd night, someone was playing a loud music that could be heard in our room- even did it again in the morning which was again, not a GOOD morning. Service: Most of the staff can't talk in English. I told them we will arrive at 1pm but upon arriving, the room isn't ready yet. She said we have to wait for 10 minutes which turned 20 minutes. Also, someone was killing Hen for cooking in front of the rooms😰what a welcome it was. They also don't provide towels unless you request it like how do they think their guests will take a shower? When we request for the towels, it took more than 30 minutes because she's talking to someone over the phone. I hope vietnamese people will know how to organize their work and prioritize customers. They are also, UNORGANIZED. they don't arrange the keys on the key organizer board. Our room key was even lost- they don't know where it went. 🤦🏼♀️On the brighter side, they respond to our concerns although not as quick as expected and ask if we are comfortable in our room. Location: not bad, but if you don't have a motorbike, you need to walk on a steep, narrow alley. Better to rent a motorbike.
All in all, was not happy with the stay, it was cheap but you will get stressed of the service and the people not respecting...
Read moreThis hotel in Vietnam is a complete disaster. Our disappointment was beyond words. Upon arrival, we found the staff lounging at a table, and our room was not ready despite being promised it would be. We were directed to a "waiting area" that turned out to be the kitchen, which was shockingly filthy, with food debris, dirty dishes, and cigarette butts scattered about. The pool, a key reason for our booking, was closed for maintenance without prior notice, leaving us frustrated after a long day of trekking. Concerned about the unsanitary conditions, especially with our young children in tow, we informed the receptionist that we could not stay. While she apologized, claiming the mess was due to the chef's busy schedule, it was hard to believe given that breakfast had ended hours earlier. The lack of cleanliness was alarming, with filthy mops and dishcloths evident throughout. I can't understand the positive reviews; they seem completely out of sync with our experience. Attempts to reach the owner went unanswered. There are far better and cleaner options in Sapa, so do yourself a favor and steer clear...
Read moreWe initially planned to stay at this hotel for just a week but ended up extending our stay to three weeks — that's how much we loved it. The hotel felt very comfortable and cozy: clean, bright rooms, a warm atmosphere, and caring staff.
The delicious breakfasts with stunning views of the mountains and valley made every morning special and uplifting.
The location is very convenient: the bus station is nearby, and three major city supermarkets and the local market are within walking distance. There is also a trail not far from the hotel that leads to a viewpoint offering breathtaking panoramic views of all of Sapa.
This hotel is perfect both for short stays and for longer visits. It truly feels like a home...
