I was looking for a cake to surprise my friend on his birthday while we were in Sapa, Vietnam and I’m so lucky I found HIẾU BÉO BAKERY! From the very start, the owner was incredibly accommodating. She answered all my inquiries patiently and let me choose the exact design I wanted. And let me tell you, ALL her cake designs are beyond perfect! So elegant, beautiful, and professionally made.

But the best part? The taste — IT WAS SOOOO GOOD. THE BEST!! The sweetness was just right, not overwhelming, and all of us loved it 😊

She even delivered the cake directly to our hotel 🥹 and it came with such thoughtful freebies: a birthday hat, candles, cake slicer, spork, and cute disposable plates, which made it so easy for us to enjoy the cake on the spot.

The birthday celebrant was genuinely so happy and surprised and that made everything worth it. I’m incredibly grateful I found this bakery.

this flower shop was an absolute delight! we were in town looking to purchase a bouquet of flowers in commemoration of Mother’s Day and came across this shop online. we were greeted by friendly staffs, who was patient and professional given our language barrier. the bouquet turned out so beautiful and our mother loves it very much! it was also priced really affordably as well. thank you for making her day and ours!! oh and there was a really cute resident cat that stole our hearts too!! we highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants more than just flowers. this shop delivers...

We celebrated a birthday here in Sapa and we are trying to look for a bakery but can't find an open one because of the Tet yesterday. Fortunately,this bakery was referred to me by my masseuse and gladly the bakery owner still catered and accommodated my order even late at night. We talked via messenger and I just translated everything for us to communicate properly. The owner was so kind to accept my order and even delivered it in our hotel.
