Cốn Sủi Ông Há — Restaurant in Sa Pa Ward

CỐN SỦI CHÍNH GỐC!!! NGON !!! LẠ !!! Có thể gọi Cốn Sủi là Phở Tàu cũng được vì này xuất xứ gốc Trung Quốc mà do người Việt mình sang biên giới ăn thấy ngon quá đem qua đây nấu ấy mà. Nên khẩu vị chắc chắn là không phải ai ăn cũng thấy ngon, người Trung họ thích ăn cay, sệt, nước dùng đậm đà hơn người Việt nên người Việt ăn không quen là điều dễ hiểu. Và hiện nay có 1 vài quán Cốn Sủi copy từ quán này ra nhưng mà không ngon bằng đâu. 😅😅 Nguyên liệu nước dùng làm từ gấc, Cốn Sủi có khoai tây sợi rán ăn kèm rau bạc hà chỉ cần đọc review của tui thui là thấy ngon rồi nói chi là đến ăn thử 😋😋😋 đối với tui thì đây là một trong những món ngon nhất ở Sapa lun nha. Nó ngon vậy nên 1 số reviewer đến đúng giờ cao điểm đông khách phải chờ lâu là phải rồi nè !!! Mình thì hên, đến lúc quán cũng không đông mấy nhưng mà cũng full 3-4 bàn. Giá cả 50-60k cho một bát thơm nức mũi 🤤🤤🤤.

Gửi xe trước quán, không gian nhỏ, ấm cúng, thời tiết se lạnh mà ăn cái này là hết nước chấm luôn. Sạch sẽ, healthy tốt cho sức khoẻ, nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương, gọi món 5-10 phút có liền, tính tiền lại nhanh. Nói chung đến Sapa không thử là hối tiếc nha. Ai không thích đồ Trung thì không nên đến 😑.

You can also call Cốn Sủi as a ‘Chinese Pho’ because it originally comes from China, brought here by Vietnamese people who crossed the border, tried it, and loved it so much they started making it here. So the flavor might not appeal to everyone; Chinese people prefer spicy, thick, and more intense broths than Vietnamese people, so it's understandable if some find it unfamiliar.

The broth is made from gac fruit, and Cốn Sủi is served with fried shredded potatoes and mint leaves. Just reading my review should make you feel how delicious it is, let alone trying it 😋😋😋. To me, it's one of the best dishes in Sapa. Since it's so good, some reviewers have mentioned having to wait a long time during peak hours due to the crowds!

I was lucky; when I went, the place wasn’t too crowded, though it was still full with 3-4 tables. The price is around 50-60k VND for a bowl that smells amazing 🤤🤤🤤.

You can park your vehicle in front of the restaurant. The space is small and cozy; eating this in the cool weather is simply perfect. The place is clean, healthy bowl,a good choice for your health, the staff is friendly and cute. After ordering, the food arrives in 5-10 minutes, and they are quick with the bill too. Overall, you’ll regret not trying this if you come to Sapa! If you’re not a fan of Chinese food, this might not be for you. That’s it, thank you for reading...

The stop point to take bus to Hanoi. You can buy tickets directly here or via application, print out the tickets and get the information details for the seat number.

Make sure to get here 30 mins prior to avoid missed the bus. It’s easy to access from each hotel, located around gate before Sapa main attraction. Just take taxi or bike can do, cost around 60.000 VND from our hotel (our hotel near Sapa Station).

Cảm quan chung về nhà hàng là khá ồn ào và không được quá sạch sẽ. Bàn mình gọi Phở Cốn Sủi và trà đá. Thật sự là một trải nghiệm kinh hoàng khi thấy được giòi bò lổm ngổm trong bát súp. Mình đã bắt được một con lấy ra bàn và gọi phục vụ đến xác nhận. Thái độ của nhà hàng còn đáng nói hơn. Khi mình yêu cầu hoàn tiền toàn bộ bữa ăn (tất cả bọn mình đều chưa ăn hay uống bất cứ thứ gì trong nhà hàng), người quản lý ban đầu chối và không thừa nhận lỗi từ phía nhà hàng, và chỉ hoàn tiền đồ ăn. Mình xuống yêu cầu trả toàn bộ tiền, thì gặp phải thái độ rất thách thức. Cuối cùng khi mình kiên quyết đòi lại tiền thì họ mới trả lại, nhưng vẫn tiếp tục thái độ như thể mình đến làm phiền họ vậy.

Từ thái độ phục vụ, đến chất lượng thực phẩm, không gian nhà hàng đều rất kém.

The first impression of the restaurant was not positive. We were deeply concerned about the hygiene level seeing trashes everywhere. The real horrible experience came when our order arrived (3x Con Sui Noodle soup). There were maggots in the bowl, we had taken one of them out of the bowl and put on the table, so that the waiter can come over and verify the food quality. You can see the living maggot in the photo. As we haven't touched anything on the table, we demand a full refund. However, if the food quality was the worst I have ever experienced , the attitude of the restaurant managers was even worse. The lady refused the take the responsibility and initially only refunded the prices for the soups (not for the drinks). When I came over and asked for the full refund, she got irritated and continue denying the restaurant's responsibility.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I strongly recommend you to stay away from this business. From the food quality, hygiene level to the hospitality here I wish I could give...
