Lotus Aroma Sapa Hotel — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

Room looks kind of old, but cleanliness is acceptable. It will be better if they refurbished.

Room TV Remote control is spoiled, unable to press any button except off. Not sure if there are any channels, there are also no tv program guides.

The curtain for the toilet it will be better if they change to a better quality. You still can see shadow from inside out and outside in.

One more point is that the shower head in the bathroom should have a better mounting at the wall for better shower experience.

It's good they have free foot soak provided, it's good and quite comfortable.

Breakfast was acceptable 2nd day one was abit better.

Location is convenient as it is beside the bus station and opposite their early morning market. Short distant travel to city center

However, it will be quite noisy if you are planning to sleep in and the noise starts at around 5am in the morning daily.

I had an excellent experience staying at Lotus Aroma Hotel in Sapa. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located right in the center, making it super convenient to explore the area. A special mr.dup one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to help me book my Fansipan cable car tickets. Du was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional – the whole process was quick and hassle-free thanks to his support. It really made my trip to the "Roof of Indochina" smooth and memorable! 🏔️

Overall, I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and great service from the team. I would absolutely stay here again the next time...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the location was quiet yet convenient. What impressed me the most was the excellent customer service. A special thanks to Thơm, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. She always greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. Thơm’s warm and professional attitude really made me feel at home. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and kind. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back...
