Sapa Luxury Hotel — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

Would not recommend as the facilities are very outdated and not at all maintained or regularly cleaned. We stayed at Room 402 overnight and the room was extremely filthy. The SHEETS were wrinkled and looked as if they hadn't even been changed from the previous guest which proved right when we lifted the comforter and FOUND HAIR ON THE BED itself before we had even laid down. The THROW PILLOWS on the bed were also heavily stained on the back. The tiny STOOL CHAIRS by the mini coffee area were also stained and very yellowed. The WINDOW that leads to the hallway area was also broken. Only the right side could be locked. The left side could be pulled open even if it was locked. Stop being impolite to Vietnamese!!! I was with my friend from Germany in this hotel for one night. Everything was good, the price is ok for the place include breakfast, the woman at the reception is very friendly. But the man who owns this hotel showed a very unrespectful attitude to me as a vietnamese. I talked to him in vietnamese, he didn’t even look at me as i talked to him or respond to me and only talked to my friend in english. Don’t ask me if he’s not a vietnamese because his wife is vietnamese and he talks with his staffs in vietnamese too. It’s really ashamed, something like that to experience. Despite of all the good things in this hotel, i will not come back for this again. And yeah, because he denied his root and his mother language, i wrote it in English. Best massages and herbal baths in Sapa! I’ve had 2 herbal baths and 2 massages here and have really enjoyed them both, at a very reasonable cost. My herbal bath was 90k and the herbal bath + Massage combo was 350k. The bath is about 30 minutes, which is what they recommended, and it was so relaxing. I was sick and the herbal bath was very helpful for my flu. The staff were so so lovely, they gave me free water, tea, and let me check in early to my room for free!
