Tropical Paradise lives up to its name — it’s an absolute gem in the heart of Sapa. Every hotelier could learn a thing or two from this place.

The location is perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away. But what really makes this place special is the staff. From the moment you arrive, they welcome you like family. It’s warm, genuine hospitality you don’t see often — the kind that stays with you.

The breakfast? Absolutely phenomenal. Every day, the menu is thoughtfully curated, and the portions are generous. Everything tastes homemade and delicious — easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had.

The rooms are spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. Everything feels fresh and new, and the attention to detail in creating a cozy, relaxing space is clearly intentional — and it works. It’s genuinely comfortable in every way.

All praises and gratitude are what I can just say in our trip and stay in Sapa. The room that we booked was room 402 with such a scenic view, and spacious area. Our stay was serene, superb and seamless. Everyday breakfast with coffee was amazing. Location was in a more peaceful part of Sapa near wet and dry market, as well as night market. There are multiple restaurants nearby that serve Vietnamese cuisines around.

Special mention to the most dedicated, warm and most hospitable with top-notch work ethics Manager Mr. Soni together with his staffs. I have never seen such a hotel employee with outstanding and commendable service to the hotel's customers. He went above and beyond to cater our needs, plus we got to learn how to make vietnamese and egg coffee which he himself demonstrated. He guided us in booking our tour to Fansipan The Legend. And he never failed to always us ask if we need anything. Comfort of the customers is always his and the hotel employees' priority. Truly world class.
