We were really disappointed about our stay in this homestay. At first we have noticed that room had a bad smell and that bathroom was completely wet, due to water dripping from the ceiling. We have described issue on reception and they offered us to change a room when we will come back, since we were renting a scooter to go around and explore. When we have returned to the hotel we have been sadly moved to another room but even worse room. The room itself and the sheets had a bad smell from mold. You could see that bathroom was in very bad condition and it was not properly cleaned in months. Again we talked with receptionist, she apologized, gave us new covers for pillows and offered us a breakfast, which had been already included in price that we paid ?! (Only 2 options for breakfast) Due to all troubles they let us stay in room pass checkout time to take a shower, because we were on scooter the whole day. Definitely would not...
Read moreWe loved this homestay! Had one night in Sa Pa to trek to Fansipan and so glad we chose this accommodation. The room was lovely with good working AC and the showers water pressure was the best we've had in Vietnam. The pool is also well maintained and was perfect for the hot weather. The views were breathtaking! Although the chef was away we were very kindly offered dinner with some of the family. This was a real highlight for us! We had a dispute due to some some miscommunication about paying for the driver we arranged for one of our trips. Even though this was stressful for us and the homestay, we were really impressed with how this was handled. I include this in an otherwise glowing review because the homestay could have taken advantage of this but chose not to. Really appreciate the integrity and trustworthiness of the owners. We felt very welcome at this wonderful stay and will definitely be back on our next...

They rapidly applied a local remedy on her scratches and then treated us for Tea, they didn't want to take any of our money they were super nice. Afterwards my friend was scared of riding her motorbike so they let us leave our motorbike there so both of us could ride on mine. If I wasn't staying anywhere else I would have...
