This is a wonderfully big home for a large group. The owner is incredibly nice and responsive. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and devices. The owner bought a brand new oven for us to use for cooking a turkey during Christmas. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The house is very clean and new. The local housekeeper, Nha, is there to help you with anything you may need including shopping, cooking and ordering a taxi. Motorbike rentals available. I would recommend this place to someone who's looking for a nice place in the middle of a minority Village. However it is in a minority village and there are some things you need to expect. Like early morning noise as it's located close to a school crossing. In the winter if you need heat it is coal which does generate a little smoke in the house. The accommodation was perfect. Beautiful view and very comfortable big bed. There are I think 4 rooms and 2 very nice bathrooms available upstairs. The 3 rooms have beautiful views with private balconies and sitting areas. The environment is nice and clean - you walk around in borrowed slippers. We paid extra for breakfast, price 30K/person. I was supposed to stay here two nights but because of how incredible the homestay is I decided to stay 1 week and invited my friends as well. The beds are super comfortable in the private rooms and the dorms. The entire place is spotless. There’s hot water and the bathroom is always clean. The food was also excellent and very cheap!
