Avoid this hotel at all costs - the worst experience ever.

This hotel is an absolute disgrace to hospitality. From the moment I checked in, I was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism. The staff are unbelievably rude, careless, and completely untrained. There is no luggage assistance at all, despite the hotel having steep stairs at the entrance. When I asked for help, the front desk arrogantly said that carrying luggage is not their duty, and the security guard also refused. They don’t even provide a luggage cart, leaving guests to struggle no matter how heavy or large their bags are.

When I demanded to speak with a manager, I was told there is no manager, only the “owner.” Even after speaking with the owner, nothing was resolved - clearly this problem has happened many times before. The staff’s attitude shows zero respect for customers and no intention of improving service.

It was so unbearable that I immediately contacted Agoda Canada to cancel my booking right after check-in. I refused to waste my time, money, and mental health staying in such a horrible place during my vacation.

If you value your trip, your peace of mind, and your money - stay far away from this terrible hotel.

And to the owner: don’t reply to this review with the same stupid copy-paste line you used on others like “we are sorry your experience was not as expected.” In every single review I read, your responses are nothing but meaningless apologies, showing you don’t even understand what guests are complaining about. I booked through booking app, the room was exactly on the app, the balcony very small, you barely could stand in it. But when we arrived the receptionist speaks very poor English and she was super rude and disrespectful. She looks on us like we came to begging the room and we ask her if she could give us one more chair, we booked twins room for two people. And her answer was you can sit on one chair. I told her we are two we need two chairs to sit on and drink coffee in the morning. She replies with “ both of you could sit on one chair, we don’t have chairs here” I told her we can pay extra money for it. Then she ignores my question and keeps looking on the computer’s screen. Then I immediately canceled the room and went to another hotel on the beach with cheaper price...

Khách sạn đang được sửa lại nhưng gia đình chúng tôi không được báo trước về việc này khi book phòng mặc dù nói chuyện trực tiếp với nhân viên để đặt phòng. Gia đình chúng tôi đã rất sốc khi lên tới tầng và thấy toàn bộ tầng bị phủ kín bởi 1 lớp bụi xây dựng dày. Lúc đó là tầm 9-10h tối, và thợ vẫn đang tiếp tục thi công với máy móc chạy ầm ầm. Tất nhiên chúng tôi yêu cầu được chuyển phòng, và được sắp xếp 1 phòng ở tầng khác.

Tuy nhiên vẫn chưa hết trải nghiệm tệ. Chỉ vài phút sau khi chuyển phòng, lũ trẻ nhà tôi chạy tán loạn khi nhìn thấy gián chạy trong phòng. Tự tôi đã phải dịch chuyển hết bàn ghế giường trong phòng để tìm và giết nó. Khách sạn chỉ xin lỗi rất vô tri sau 2 sự việc này.

Ngoài ra khi check in chúng tôi cũng thấy vài bạn nữ nhìn ko được đứng đắn lắm, và sáng hôm sau thì lũ trẻ nhà tôi có than phiền là có tiếng phụ nữ la hét như bị đánh cả đêm làm chúng nó sợ mất ngủ, thiệt tình chúng tôi cũng ko biết phải giải thích cho tụi nhỏ sao luôn. Nếu đi cùng trẻ, nên cân nhắc khi book.

EN: Very very bad experience. The hotel was under renovation but we were not informed of in advance before booking. It was quite a shock to go up to our floor seeing it completely covered in very thick white construction dust. It was at about 9-10pm but the crew was still working with loud machine running. We asked to be moved and was arranged another room in another floor.

But the bad experience was not over. Minutes going into the new room, the kids ran screaming at the sight of a cockroach. I had to search for it, removing furniture and finally killed it myself. The hotel only gave us a nonchalant “I’m sorry”.

Besides those, we saw some indecent girls in the hotel lobby upon check-in, and the next morning, the kids told us they heard a woman screaming throughout the night like she was beaten, making them scared to the point they couldnt sleep at all.
