The Coffee House — Restaurant in Vung Tau City

The place is spacy and crowded. The drink is normal (not suprising at all since this is a part of a chain). The staff is ok, nothing to complain about. The seats are ok, though the armchairs are a bit laid back so not very comfy when you want to sit up straight to talk with your friends. You order your drink at the counter. Pay, take the number, find a seat and just wait for the waiter to bring you your drink. The last time i went there, i was a tini bit disappointed. It was a busy Sunday morning, I ordered a butterfly pea macchiato. It usally comes in a plastic cup with a small red cup lid stopper. I would normally shake the drink and taste it. I love the coffee. I guess I am a difficult person because I do not like security writing on my motorcycle. I asked the man not to and he made a big deal about it. I went in the store in a bad frame of mind but enjoyed the coffee. When I came back outside the security carried on the same way. I went back inside to ask the manager why they greet customers this way. She said she was sorry but did not seem willing to deal with the man. This does not suprize me as it seems to be the custom in Vietnam. This is the store on BaCu. I get the same great coffee on Le Hong Phong and the staff is very friendly there. The man at BaCu does not belong in a customer service industry with this type of behavior. I doubt they care but I will not hurry back to...

Newest update: had to knock them down to two stars because everything is getting worse. Bathrooms are dirty, cups at the water station are filthy, a simple cappuccino took forever to make. I don't blame it on the staff there. It feels like they're not doing well and cutting back on everything. Even the AC is set at a warmer temperature now too. Sad to see one of my favorite coffee shops slowly wither away...

Updated review - The mocha is pretty darn good and the service is nice. Higher priced than most cafes but upmarket environment. Music too loud for my liking though.
