Absolutely horrendous experience.
I went to your hotel on 26 Feb and 27 Feb without any problems with the male receptionist. He was polite and friendly. I went to see my friend and everything was well.
Today (8pm 28 Feb) I came to pick up my friend from this hotel. I was carrying a luggage with me. A lady wearing glasses at the reception asked me who I was, what my name was and what my ID was. I was in a rush, not wearing beautiful clothes as usual. I was so shocked at the rudeness shown by this lady. She told me if I did not tell her who I was, I was not able to go up and visit my friend. She asked me in a very obnoxious manner what my business was in here. I came over to the car and showed her my driver license afterwards. I was very displeased to have to interact with this lady, and have to expose my identity (thank god the address is not my current address). Somehow the lady kinda detected my vibe and changed her manner (polite) when reveiving my card. You know who I am now.
I have to tell you managers this thing: I am the reason why my friend stays at your hotel. And I am also the reason why he leaves your hotel. So you had better train your employees well. No matter how well-educated or smart the lady is, if she is rude to a stranger who comes into the hotel, she loses her salary check. There is a man who carries the luggages who was a witness of our interaction. I know all of us need to make ends meet, and sometimes the receptionists can be rude to strangers out of protection of the guests’ safety. However, communication is about using the right words to touch the heart of people with the right tone of voice, not being authoritative or supercilious.
I also notice that the employees are not quite friendly. There’s something about them. They don’t interact or smile with us much. It does not hurt anyone if you smile or nod at...
Read moreThe only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that our room was spacious and clean. However, our stay was completely ruined by an absurd accusation from the staff. On checkout, we were shockingly accused of stealing a face towel from the bathroom. Not only did we not take it (why would we?), but we had even left a generous tip for the housekeeping team as a gesture of appreciation.
It was humiliating and unnecessary. The lack of trust and respect overshadowed any positives about the room.
Save yourself the stress—there are far better hotels in Vũng Tàu where guests aren’t falsely accused after paying for their stay and leaving tips....
Read moreStaff was helpful and spoke English, smiled a lot and they were really sweet. Big and clean rooms, fast WIFi. Breakfast was very good, had a lot of different options. Location is good, near the beach, lots of restaurants near. Pool was clean and had nice plants around it. Only thing that I would have hoped was that the poolside sunbathing chairs would have some "stuffing". I really dont have any negative stuff to say about this hotel. We were there for 4 nights and we didnt have...
