We didn’t stay in the hotel but visited the spa for the massage. |We took 60’ massage which was 160000 dong. At the reception we were immediately informed that this didn’t include tip. |We asked then more or less how much should be the tip and they said that 100000 was minimum. We left finally 120000 directly to the girls - which is almost as much as the massage costs. |The masseurs were left with a long face and almost didn’t want to accept the money . I guess it was too little. Anyways. It is confusing for foreigners what is expected from them... for me it is hard to understand how a tip almost the amount of the cost of the massage itself can leave a long face... we left disappointed as we really didn’t know what we did wrong ...I think it is better for you to choose some other massage centre where the service is more professional so your experience is not ruined by this...

Carpet in rooms was clean but could do with a...

Unsure if the same in other rooms.||||Didn't spend too much time in the hotel. Breakfast buffer on the 3rd floor was adequate. Service was good and staff...
