Mamamia — Restaurant in Lusaka Province

The ambience is really nice coz we were looking for a nice place to hang out with my sister's since we now all in lusakabut unfortunately we had trouble with their waiters eish we left till the girl that was serving us followed and pleaded with us that the bill to be on her our drinks took forever but to fix that I think she should have communicated with us that it would take too too long then we also had an issue with our reservation and we were told rudely but all in all the food was really nice but I think the staff need a small training in communication and politeness Would I go back, I don't know but the rice was really nice I would recommend... The hot chocolate was choclating very lovely also that strawberry mocktail forgotten it's name was really lovely you could taste the fresh...

I sat outside and it took about 15-20 minutes of signaling your waitresses before one of them finally noticed me. She was very uninterested. I asked her what the difference was between the Lebanese shawarma and the Zambian Shawarma; she looked me in the eyes, looked at the menu and said: "The Lebanese one tastes better"

It was awful. Not worth K80 AT ALL.

And it seemed like the Waitresses were all off their game because the Owner had to come out and scold 2 Waitresses who were standing behind me and gossiping...
