Palermo Soho Asado — Local services in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for this asado but it was seriously one of my most fun nights in Buenos Aires. I knew there would be meat and that is about all I was expecting but it was so much more! The meal itself was amazing and perfectly grilled on their amazing grill. So many courses that I lost count but it all was so delicious! There was also tasty wine included with the meal. The space is beyond gorgeous and such a welcoming environment.

The part that was unexpected was how much of a community the night makes you feel a part of - you all sit at a bar together and make new friends and it feels like a party - the full tradition of the asado experience!

Lucho and Nacho seriously go above and beyond to make the experience so wonderful and I would go back again in a heartbeat! Do yourself a favor and book...

Ok this is seriously the NUMBER ONE place you have to eat in Buenos Aires!

There’s no reason to go to a fancy steak house when everyone from Argentina knows that the best meat is typically served at an asado. It’s honestly the best meal we’ve had in all of Argentina and we lived here for 6 months.

Nacho and Lucho originally just did this frequently with friends and then decided to open to the public and visitors. They have a variety of guests over, only a couple times a week so be sure to book ahead of time. You can book directly through their site or find them on AirBNB.

And don’t worry if you’re a vegetarian or pescatarian like me, they made sure to make me some fish and stuffed peppers that were excellent!

Incredible venue, incredible meats, fantastic wine, great people! If you ever wanted to get a feel for having an asado in a house in Buenos aires this is a phenomenal opportunity!
