Lovely meat, easily passable alongside our well known farmed beasts & produce if you're willing to put yourself out there, i did for my girlfriend who was a vegan for 7 years and honestly, it's not easy, but easier to argue than some of our commercial meat stocks, case by case.

This is a very smart company, as someone who has excess wildlife on the property - it's important work in my eyes as long as it makes sense; and i think after all for the better part it especially does at this time.

My only criticism is whether the meats could be delivered frozen, and stored frozen, where they're distributed from frozen stocks and you want to be able to store meat ahead of time.

That being said, i respect the model & price point, and understand this could well be a 'goldilocks perspective', above and beyond, a service you'd request and not expect, and be willing to pay for.

5 stars, couldn't reasonably find a flaw with the service. Customer service was fantastic, easy, intuitive online portal and a clear system for providing wild meat as an alternative to farmed meat. It was a chance I took to order from Australian Meats after discussing with my husband about trying the products Australian Meats were promoting. We chose an extensive selection, some of which we have not ploughed through yet,. Having said that, what we have chosen to cook & experience (so far) has not disappointed. The rabbit (slow cooker) casserole was a winner! The wild boar chops which we barbecued were not tough (as some people may expect), but delightfully succulent and tasty. We have yet to cook the goat roast, and that is coming up very, very soon. Looking forward to that! Delivery of the products was timely, in that we were always kept informed of when our parcel of meat would arrive.
