My mother made a booking for 17 people for 2 birthday celebrations and the lady ensured us that they have room for us. 2 days before our reservation, and a lady rings us to tell us that they can't accommodate us. When we asked about holding a smaller reservation, the lady told us that they had already booked our reservation for other people and that we could not be accommodated. We asked if we could hold a smaller reservation and the lady was rude and offered a maximum of 11 people if we still wanted, but had to be there no longer than 90 minutes. Given the original booking is for birthday celebrations and we tried to accommodate them by holding the original date reservation plus an extra day reservation to accommodate our celebrations. The lady was extremely rude and was not very accommodative for us and also should have not booked us if there was no availability. Now 2 days until date and we have no venue for our event. The fact I enjoyed your food is irrelevant as bad customer service, phone manners and booking management is absolutely not excusable. I am avoiding here and I...

Would not come here with a large group. Keep it to 4 or less. Tried to bill for food that never came (and was cancelled).

Party of 8 people (lunch) Restaurant capacity at time - half full

Service - 3/10 Service needs improvement. Half the table received food, while the other half had to ask on an update after the other half was nearly finished. We were told they ran out of bowls (no problem, it can happen) but then they started serving other tables that came much after us. Remaining half had staggered service, approximately 10 minutes apart. Eventually cancelled one dish that never got fulfilled after the whole table had finished. They tried to bill the table for a dish that never came and we cancelled (they corrected it with easy explanation).

Food - 8/10 Menu has good variety, reasonably priced. No qualms on flavour of the dishes. Solid.

Pricing - 8/10 8 Individual dishes and 4 entrees. $200 total

came for lunch today, ordered 2 entrees, 7 mains & 2 drinks. the food was good, although the noodles were a bit on the sweeter side. portions are decent and quite filling. fair variety of vegetarian options!

however our vegetarian sweet & sour soup came with a piece of hair D: called the server over and they apologised, took away the hair strand but still left us with the bowl of soup. we waited for them to take away the soup and/or give us a new one but they never did..

our total was $176. we expected them to deduct the price of the s&s soup off from our bill, or some sort of compensation for the dish. the boss even came out, so we were hopeful, but to our chagrin she only took $6 off from our total… we ended up paying $170 for everything ):
