I have visited thrice this month, need I say more. I think I have met Naveed Ansari in his starting days, probably wasnât happy n this is years ago if am not wrong but oh boy love the way the business has sprouted .
The Biryani is a delight and itâs freshly made undoubtedly. Being a Hyderabadi, you truly value the food and I can gladly say I do not crave for hyderabadi biryani anymore as Biryani Darbaar surpasses my expectations.
Now coming to my favourite Haleem, again I am amazed at the consistency and the texture of Haleem, itâs just perfect n second to none .
I can cover a lot more as the food is excellent. Malai kebab isnât widely available but they have it and again is delicious. The Rasmalai is also fresh and serves as a dessert as should.
Itâs a food orgasm and I try to order a lot of stuff when I go in, I wish it expands to north eastern suburbs as I drive down to Blair Athol as the taste beckons me.
The staff is great, the dude in the evening 8 pmish was good to talk and he was even honest when I said my requirements of a family . N met this lovely Year 10 boy today, he was a pleasure to talk to, god bless the kiddo.
The restaurant is spacey and visited by families too. I wish the business never goes in an auto mode which happens with a lot of successful businesses. Good luck and...

If thereâs one word to describe Biryani Darbaar, itâs extraordinary! We recently placed a bulk order for their Hyderabadi Mutton and Chicken Biryani, and let me tell you â every single bite was a trip back to Hyderabad! The aroma, the spices, the tender meat â everything screamed authenticity and perfection.
The quantity was generous, the quality was top-tier, and the flavour⌠absolutely mind-blowing! Itâs hands down the best biryani Iâve had in South Australia, and I say that after having tried countless places. The last time I tasted biryani this genuine was years ago at Ritaj Restaurant in the UAE â and Biryani Darbaar brought that nostalgia rushing back in full force!
A huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Naveed bhai and his amazing team for their dedication, warmth, and unwavering commitment to serving nothing short of the best. Youâve set a new benchmark for authentic Hyderabadi cuisine here in SA.
đĽ Highly, highly recommended! Whether itâs a family feast, party, or craving for a true Hyderabadi experience â Biryani Darbaar is the...
Read moreThough I am a Bengali and always admired the Awadhi/Kolkata style biryani, after living in Bangalore for 11 years I had acquired an unmatched admiration for authentic Hyderabadi dum biryani. When I left India and moved to Adelaide, Hyderabadi biryani was among the top three items that I was missing terribly!
I started trying every single restaurant in Adelaide as long as the menu mentioned 'Hyderabadi Biryani'. However I was bitterly disappointed everywhere. The worst was the popular north-Indian restaurants which made everything well but made a complete disaster in the name of Hyderabadi Biryani.
And then I came across Biryani Darbar. Finally I found a biryani in Adelaide that is absolutely 100% authentic Hyderabadi dum biryani!! I buy normally from Namaste India at Plympton at a very reasonable price point of $9.99. It's hard to finish one packet by one person....rice quantity is very good and there are two pieces of chicken...one leg piece and one large breast portion. In terms of quality, quantity, flavour and taste I can guarantee that there is no better Hyderabadi biryani...
