I regularly buy my Indian grocery stuff at this store. On the day before the eve of Deepavali we went to buy some stuffs and got so many items. My son envy that place and when he was running into the corner of one of the shelves he got hurt in his hand and starts bleeding due to sharp edges in the shelf. The Store Owner was busy that he couldn't assist and gave a 'BAND-AID' for help which is of no use. They don't even have the basic FIRST-AID box which is required in any place.
I seriously doubt the safety measures handled in this store. I certainly have nothing to talk about the goods they sell as they lack the basic humanity and safety. Completely upset.
Replying to your response : Thanks for the prompt reply. I posted this not to degrade but to make you understand that all this can happen on a busy day.
I can always give 5 out of 5 for the quality, price and the varieties of the goods you sell, but the way you people reacted at the time when my son got hurt wasn't good at all. Yes, thanks for providing the basic 'BAND-AID' but it didn't help at all since you need to have a basic 'FIRST-AID' box because these are the things required in case of emergency. I clearly know what exactly happened, so please don't put the blame on my wife.I don't want to justify my point anymore.
Please cover the sharp edges of the shelves at your store. That's my request and have a first aid box. Your hawkins cooker was great and the person at the counter gave a discount at the time when I purchased. I can't forget the good things I encountered in your store. But, when someone is in trouble you must react. I am changing my rating to 5 just for the store but not for the...
Read moreBe careful guys! A worst place you could go for shopping based on my experience. "A Safety Hazard and Customer Disregard"
I recently encountered a deeply troubling experience at Indian Plaza, Enfield. While the store may offer Indian products, its management's complete disregard for customer safety and satisfaction is a major red flag.
During my visit, my parked car was damaged (shown in photo) in their parking lot. When I requested assistance reviewing CCTV footage or obtaining information about the responsible vehicle, I was met with indifference and excuses. Despite repeated attempts, the owner exhibited a dismissive attitude, ultimately suggesting I take the matter to the police and stating they have no obligation to assist, even if requested by law enforcement.
It's clear that Indian Plaza prioritizes its own interests over the well-being of its customers. Such a lack of concern for the community is unacceptable. If you value your safety and respect your business, I strongly recommend considering alternative options like Ekam, which offers a better parking area and a management team that genuinely cares about...
Read moreFound their New Store, and was floored by how Friendly the Manager/Owner? and Staff were, even in the midst of opening. Were nothing but helpful even while being busy stocking shelves and serving other customers. I am in a wheelchair and was extremely surprised to find the store totally accessible, and that they even had a ramp in the back of the store to access the mezzanine floor (all be a bit steep) and needed my Husband to help me up and down, it wasnât too much of an issue, and found that the staff was helpful with this also by warning us that there was a shelf behind us when we came down backwards, which was really appreciated. They have a lot of products that I can not find elsewhere and are extremely good priced. We had no idea what items cost at the time due to the store still setting up, until we got to the checkout and were told, we were so surprised that it was so cheap as we were expecting it to be more, but wasnât. Will definitely be back soon, and we have nothing but rave reviews for their store and customer service. Thank...
