I recently had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not tasty at all, and the service was terrible. Our waiter seemed angry and unfriendly throughout our visit, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
They also refused to adjust any of the meals to our requests, even simple changes. On top of that, they charged us an unreasonable amount for a small takeaway box, which felt like a rip-off.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or good service. Very bad experience.

At no point during our visit did we ask any of your staff about their nationality, race, or religion. We find it quite surprising and disappointing that such an accusation was made in your reply, especially when it has no connection to our actual experience. Our review was purely based on the service and overall experience we had during our visit. The waiter’s behavior was unwelcoming, and we genuinely felt uncomfortable. Additionally, we were surprised by the extra charge for a small takeaway box and the lack of flexibility in making minor adjustments to our meals. We believe honest feedback should be used as a stepping stone to improve customer experience. She was bossy telling me sit on table 1 instead of being friendly, welcoming and cooperative she appeared rude by giving reasons why she was unable to divide meal because I asked her pack my food into two separate portions( I am on my holidays just wanted to take some Halal food with me) .very non professional behaviour by her. After while A lady staff told me she is our manager though, I didn’t even know that she haz a very highly responsible role. The story is not end there. Later while I was in middle of eating my dinner , the owner very sudden appeared in a aggressive body language with no greeting stood over my head instead of being polite, he seeing me alone female got very intimidated and very rude by showing my review on his phone and threatened me at the dinning area and said that this is your last meal here and walked away back to counter also ordered his crew this lady won’t be served in future. After finishing my meal which I paid in advance only can had to be paid so went to pay at the counter once again x 2 staff attacked me verbally, the moment was inane.
Terrible and unacceptable customer service in my entire life by the business.
The whole team must sit and discuss why there is too many negative feedback coming out from different customers.
Never recon anybody to go there due to poor management.

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Firstly i will tell you today’s experience. I went to order a single Chicken Biryani (listed on the menu). First they told me to sit at the table, then said only double Biryani was available, even though single was on the menu. They told me to visit counter, When I went back to the counter, they repeated the same that Biryani is about to finish and we just have one double biryani and let me leave without offering any alternative—just because of a $5 difference between single and double.
The service was even worse. One time, while eating Biryani, I asked for a drink. Instead of serving at the table, they told me to go to the counter. When I got there, they said Pepsi was finished—something they could have told me at my table. Another time, I ordered food and asked for a drink. First they told me to go to the counter, then sent me back to the table, and finally brought the drink 10 minutes later. For payment, they brought the EFTPOS machine to the table in front of everyone, which felt unnecessary—if they were that concerned, they could have taken payment at the counter when I was already there.
The food itself was not good—Chicken Karahi, Achari Lamb, and Butter Chicken all had an unpleasant smell that made them hard to eat.
Overall, both food quality and service are extremely poor. I do not recommend...
