Hello BBQ Joe, Here is some advice you must learn. I purchased 2 serves of Beef ribs last night using Uber delivery. The meal tasted good not great but good enough to buy it again BUT..... At $26 a serve and it was a small serve so small I was still hungry after I ate it. Now some food outlets sell expensive thinking they can make more profit that way but that is WRONG economics you should sell cheap and only make a little but you will sell over and over again and make more money in the long run. I know the price of ribs I BBQ them myself sometimes so $26 for a small meal is outrageous. I purchased 2 to feed 4 because I thought they would be a big serve like my foot long ribs. But not even enough for 2 people. If I spent $52 at a local asian outlet for example 4 would have eaten with left overs. So sadly you have lost a customer which is bad during the Chinese Wuhan Flu season as Takeout will be your main income for a while. Regards Rik

Hopeless stood at the counter for 10 minutes.. one server wouldn't look at me or acknowledge me, one was standing leaning on the back counter on her phone.. first time going to the shop instead of ordering on uber eats, pretty easy to see why they take so long to deliver.. doubt I will be back or order again, there are plenty of great burger places around here edit 2 years later..don't even bother with uber eats they literally add 10 dollars to every item on the menu and then delivery and service fees..35 dollars for a takeaway...

Chips were under cooked in the middle and barely salted. I got their "hamburger" (the default one) which looked very unimpressive. A Mcdonalds hamburger literally has more ingredients. This thing was three bits of pickle, patty, bun and sauce. The Mcdonalds hamburger also has onion..so there. The burger tasted pretty good though with the sauce and mayo, but I can't get over how bad the chips were. I left the chips at the table and walked. I give two stars instead of one because I didn't...
