Chicken Treat Armadale — Restaurant in Armadale

I don't know why people are complaining. In my experience with Armadale Chicken Treat they have been amazing. The food is always perfect to what I have ordered as well as cooked fresh every time I order - no exaggeration. and there are a few servers but I have never had any rude or "lost" workers as mentioned in some of these reviews and I have been here a lot as I live in the area and have been here many years now and this place is defiantly a reliable outlet. In fact one server however maybe eccentric or quirky is absolutely not rude and is always polite and professional and I love how efficient he is. Heck I was in the drive through one day and the person in front was being impatient and obviously didn't care if his food was fresh and wanted it 5 seconds after ordering and started beeping his horn and yelling our of his window - the staff member told these people this was unacceptable behaviour and they will not be being served! ( I love this! ) I am patient, kind and understanding and I expect people who are not to be treated as such! the best part is, instead of throwing their order away they gave it to me free! as a reward for being patient and not complaining about the people in front of me. I refused and said I cant take free food it doesn't feel right but they explained to me that they don't want me a good customer to be deterred by unsavoury people in the area.

Chicken treat more like chicken cheat as they cheat you out of you money By far, it is the worst customer service. The shift manager is not professional and extremely rude and aroggent. Not Interested in resolving the issue at all, and when asked for the store manager, he stated that he would not help me, so there was no point in talking to her. I asked for the owners name to make a complaint and was told by the shift manager not to bother because I am no body and he is the manager. I will be taking this to CT head office and making an official complaint then. I will not be returning to this store, I'd rather go to Red Rooster, and the chips are always raw. And the shop presentation is very poor it is always dirty their toilets are disgusting. Chicken hero's more like chicken zero as I would give you zero...

They forgot my gravy... Cant have "chips and gravy" without the gravy, otherwise it just chips! Called up and the manager said i can get a free gravy next time. Didn't fix my problem as i won't be a returning customer since they forgot my gravy in the first place! No incentive to return to a place where they don't give you what you order. They done goofed twice!

You want me to email you to sort it out? what is there to sort out? you've lost us as customers as far as i am concerned it is solved! I called to sort it out in the first place and offering me a "free gravy" when i paid for one and didn't receive one, well that isn't free that would just be reimbursing. so no i wont be emailing yous, everyone deserves a 2nd chance... NEVER...
