Tiny cafe, we hadn't planned to eat much but we saw another table's order and decided to pick a few dishes. The curry puffs were small, but sweet and delicious. The pastry was deliciously flaky and not too greasy The Pineapple fried rice with Chicken had a generous amount of chicken and cashews. Large serve was almost too much for the two of us. Penang Beef Curry was delicious. Spicy and very flavourful. At first I thought there wasn't much meat, as the strips were thinly cut, however there was still plenty there and the flavour was exquisite.

I do not know if it's because we ordered the wrong dishes but i just cannot see how this place is rated so highly based on the food. The chicken satay was essentially chicken breast on a skewer and cooked in their curry- no spices nor grilled. Very much lacking in flavor. The prawn salad and red duck curry (wished there were more thai spice flavors in this) we ordered were ok but were nothing to rave about. Portions could be larger for the prices they charge. Sooo yum!!! We love coming here. Standout good thai food with a beauitful family cooking in the kitchen. Wholesome delicious. A Lovely family in the kitchen together, putting that family traditional love into their food. Probably loving what they are doing - providing delicous authenic fresh thai meals to hungry bellies, making happy hearts.
