I have been going here for awhile. The kids usually order Yiros with lettuce and tomato as they aren’t fond of onion. Previously they do the swap free of charge as they are both salad items. Today they charged me $1.80 extra. I asked why I couldn’t exchange one salad item for another? The manager explained that Yiro flatbreads are very expensive. Not sure how this rational fits in with a handful of lettuce. Whatever, no skin off my back. Inconsistent practice in the restaurant business isn’t ideal. I will never return based on principle. Zero customer service IMO. Almost every place I go salad items are interchangeable and I’m even asked if I would like a substitution when I omit an item. These guys do a Nice meat on chips kebab style and you can choose quite a wide selection of sources to go with your meal! The food tasted amazing.
