Pizza Hut™Aspley — Restaurant in Brisbane City

My last 2 visits to this store were subpar, to say the least. Of these two visits, two of the three pizzas I received and paid extra for added pepperoni on both, they barely put cheese on the pizzas. I was then told I'd be able to have those pizzas replaced on my next visit. This was not the case. I'd placed my order online and then contacted the Aspley store by phone regarding the replacement pizzas. The "manager" who answered was very short, wouldn't listen and hung up on me. When I went in to collect my order, both him and a female employee (who appeared to be his wife) stood arguing with me at the counter about replacing the pizzas for me. Saying it's not their policy and that they'd simply refund the price of the extra pepperoni despite being able to show them a conversation with the manager who was on the night it occurred. They were argumentative, rude, and 100% in the wrong. Disgusting customer service, I've been a regular customer for many years, and on the few occasions, I have had an issue they've been handled in a very poor manner, to say the least. Will not be going back after being spoken...

Absolutely disgusting customer service! The employees appear to be encouraged in their disrespectful behaviour and incompetent adherence to (the already low bar set of) Pizza Huts Quality Management Service.

I have had countless issues with food quality, service, delivery drivers coughing and sweaty directly onto my meal during handling over.. but NOTHING was a infuriating as Coby who broke the donkeys back with his disrespectful commication and customer service - cancelling my order due to his own minimal wage yet over worked fueled break down - which resulted in me not receiving my dinner.

Not good enough. Even after learning I was making my complaint he effectively gave me the middle finger and told me to proceed - as if he has done this COUNTLESS times before and got away with it.

Not good enough Pizza Hut! But with a 3.8 star rating, should I have...

EDIT: It seems I cannot post a new review, but our school ordered from Aspley Pizza Hut twice this week (60 pizzas on Thursday and 20 on Friday). Won’t go anywhere else! Communication and service from Manoj is so seamless- it’s really evident that he enjoys helping our school out. Of course, the students absolutely love the pizza! Thank you so much!

I work at a local school and ordered 40 pizzas to be delivered today. Pizza Hut in Aspley was absolutely amazing. Manoj and his team were extremely accommodating. They delivered straight from the shop into our school hall. 40 hot and delicious pizzas. The students enjoyed every bite. Management communicated with me one day before the delivery to confirm the order and gave us a great school discount. I will definitely be going to Aspley Pizza Hut for every school function and private order!...
