Zaza Kebab Banyo — Local services in Brisbane City

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here in particular, the customer service of the woman behind the counter today. I made a large order and someone from our company picked up the order. Once they arrived back at work, we realized someone was missing their order and we also didn't receive the receipt. One of my work colleagues drove back to the store and let them know that we were missing 1 x Kebab and we needed the reciept. The guy working was very nice and had great customer service, he prepared the kebab but the lady who was behind the company kept saying no she knows how to do her job there was nothing missing and REFUSED to give us the kebab without paying. (WHY would we lie about 1 missing kebab for a $200+ order) My co-worker said she was not paying because we have already paid for the food and the lady kept persisting saying we are wrong and we need to pay. Eventually she just ended up paying because she had to come back to work. The rude lady refused to give the reciept aswell and said she chucked it out then PUSHED the kebab into my co-workers chest. EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED in the customer service of this particular lady - we will not be coming back.

RESPONSE TO RESTAURANTS REPLY: bad customer service is bad customer service, we actually paid $27.00 for the kebab because you made us pay twice. Absolutely...

Terrible attention to detail, I love a good kebab box from time to time but sadly this place is a waste of time and money, constant issues with food safety “using ingredients you have requested not be used” in my case cheese as I’m lactose free. And yet they continue to ignore dietary requirements and don’t seem to care when you try to address the issue actually they just outright ignore your call and messages.

I have wasted to much time on this store don’t do the same steer clear of this store.

Oh boy, this place. Zaza’s kebabs are always prepared with fresh ingredients, well seasoned meat, the perfect amount of sauces and toasted to perfection. I usually order the meal deal, it comes with chips and a drink for a fair price. The chips are a great accompaniment to the kebab and are better than other cooked chip offerings in the area. The staff are generally friendly however don’t have much time for chatting as they are focused on providing the best kebab possible. Glad to have Zaza as...
