Mission Australia are a professional office with many services under the one roof. NDIS And offices for agents to take care of people. The moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Offered coffee. The room is clean and when I had the meeting with a staff member they were thorough and caring even making a follow up call to make sure I understood what I had a meeting about. Male that answers the phone is very rude, condescending and seems to try anything to not help in any way, told a homeless single mother of 3 that they cant help because the womens centre helped with a $50 food voucher as if that helps accomodation then just made excuses for why they wouldn't help and told her to come in next week...
